I ordered the red light device in January. It never worked! Will not take a charge even when you can get the charger to stay attached. I emailed them a few days after receiving to let them know it was not functioning properly.

First, they wanted a video to show it did not work. I sent that and waited a few days. When there was no response, I asked for a full refund. They told me I would need to send it to the factory in China. The UPS store quoted me a shipping price of $342.00. I immediately emailed the company to see if I had any other options. That was 3 days ago, still no response.

When I researched this product it stated that it was shipped from the USA with 30 day money back guarantee.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

The device does charge and stay charged.
Often, it will not turn on.
In the rare occasion it starts, the battery doesn't late very long at all.

Ordered the VGlow laser/redlight device and received after two weeks. It does not charge, the laser red lights do not work, it bends in the middle - total sham. And I cannot return because now their website domain is for sale. SCAM

I ordered this device. It was delivered to the wrong address. They refuse to resolve the issue. They won't give me a refund. They won't send another product. Now they won't even answer my emails. This company is a scam!

I purchased the pelvic wellness system and the red light device. Both did arrive but are super cheap, the red light system doesn’t heat up, and they both smell like chemicals. I contacted them to return and was told that I’d have to ship to China and cover my own shipping. Was also told that there’d be a 20% restocking fee. The website leads you to believe you are purchasing from a company in America and says easy 30 day returns. Do not believe. Company is super cheap and not body safe like advertised.
