Ok so I'll admit I was nervous ordering at first because there's just SO many companies out there now and you don't know who to trust. But Aura has honestly been great. Ordered a few times now (started with BPC-157 and have ordered a couple other things since) and everything has come exactly as expected.

The vials always look clean, no weird floaty bits or anything, and reconstitution has been smooth. Packaging is nice too, comes very discreet which I appreciate.

Shipping is fast which I love. Usually here within a few days of ordering.

What really stood out to me though was their customer service. I had a question about my order and just texted the number on their site and someone actually answered me!! Like a real person, not one of those chat bots that drives you crazy. Got my answer in like 10 minutes. That's basically unheard of these days.

Only thing I wish is that they had a loyalty program or something for repeat customers but other than that no complaints from me. Will keep ordering from them.

Don't BUY from this company! They have a ton of sales going on buy one get one free, buy 3 get 2 free. With those sales, I should have gotten 18 bottles of product, I got 10. I emailed them, sent them photos and they just kept saying I got what I ordered when it was clear, it wasn't. I explained it all in detail and they still would not send me what I ordered so I decided to cancel and get a refund, they ignored my request. I still haven't heard from them 3 weeks later. I even called to get a refund, still no answer to this day. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought it 2 times, in the profile they show that the shipment is done the other day and the delivery takes from 3 to 4, in the first purchase it took almost two weeks and the glasses came with the labels out of center, the second order has not yet been in and it's been more than 16 days, the way the first order arrived it looks like they buy from China and stick the label on top
