I am contacting you as I ordered 3 sprays from you and I am officially reporting your company to consumer trading standards.
The order totalled to £59 but on Temu the EXACT same product (you’ve just changed the name) for £4.64!!!
Your positive reviews are FAKE and you advertise “try risk free 30 day money back guarantee” but you do not accept opened products?? So how does one “try”. I only decided to return these items on the shocking reviews I read AFTERWARDS and looked into your dodgy addresses. The fact that you have taken a product worth £4.64 and are selling it for £30 a bottle is absolutely disgraceful.
You state you are based in USA you have numerous addresses on websites. Your address in USA is just a home. You ship from China and the return address you gave me was again a random house in USA. It has cost me £30!! to return these items and you are claiming that I cannot claim this back! I will add this review to trustpilot as a genuine one so that other people are not tricked into this nonsense!!
What an absolute joke! Even your videos of “dead skin rubbing off” should be banned as so many reviews have shown this is not the case! I have attached all my findings for your viewing.

I brought the cocobeauty bio-collagen face mask. Every single mask was unusable, it didn’t even resemble a mask! There weren’t any eye or mouth holes - it looked like someone had rolled out a bit of thick PVA glue, except it had zero stick! What a waste of money, went straight in the bin!
I got an ad for their collagen mask, but the mask used was the biodance collagen mask. I would know because I have the exact mask in front of me. They are taking other peoples videos and edit them so you don't see the biodance logo. This is a straight up scam and can be reported as such.
This company is a scam. They advert order 3 get 3 free never happened. Write them 3 times. They fail to deliver one of my items but kept my money. I used SHOP to place ny order. This company is based in South Korea. So I probably want get my money back.
But beware they advettofakse and misleading info.
I’m a fan of the collagen face masks and decided to try out their new neck mask. How this is supposed to work is beyond me. The mask absolutely doesn’t stick to your neck, it constantly falls/slides off so trying to use it overnight is a no-go. Since that wouldn’t work, the second time I tried to use it while laying down for a few hours and even then it kept coming off. Would not recommend!
I placed an order on a promotional offer of buy 2 boxes get a 3rd free, although this still wasn’t cheap, I’d fallen for the social media hype - mistake. The masks took a huge amount of time to arrive and by the time they did, I didn’t get round to using them immediately. When I did go to use them, I realised the 3rd box (3 masks) was missing. I contacted their customer service who wanted photos of the missing masks (?!) and kept asking about the external packaging which I’d long since thrown away. The emails went back and forth asking for evidence - how do you prove something’s missing?! After going round endlessly, they eventually, begrudgingly, agreed to send the missing masks. But they never did! Not even surprised, shouldn’t have fallen for the scam!
A total scam! Customer service is a nightmare. They will charge your credit card. It will take 4 times longer to arrive than they state (if at all), as it’s shipped from China, which they don’t tell you upfront. They won’t allow you to cancel once you find this information out. They tell you that you can return it once it arrives, but since they ship with Uni Uni, I never received the items because they left it on the street in a major city and it was stolen. I had to convey this via email to Nadine and Alvaro 5 plus times, even though I thoroughly explained improper delivery and never received items. I was then sent an email that I was being refunded, only to receive an ‘updated’ email the following day that it was successfully delivered and being recharged. I’d be extremely skeptical of any 5 star reviews. They read more like employee reviews that have to counterbalance all of the 1 star reviews from actual customers. *****THIS COMPANY IS FULLY A SCAM******.
So, if you’d like to waste a bunch of time, get fully frustrated, have your money taken and never receive any product, coco beauty is for you!
Allow me to respond to your lame defense. I find it interesting how communicative you can be while defending yourselves on a public forum, while unable to disclose such steps that needed to be taken to me when I was patient and understanding, which waned after 5th go around with you. I explained, just because the package was delivered near where I live is not considered delivered. I offered to share pictures of where package needed to be left (which UPS, FedEx & USPS all understand and deliver in this manner), and that they delivered to only part of my address and pictures that were sent with delivery status do not match pictures of where my full address is & that I included correctly. It was basically left on the street outside for anyone and everyone to steal, which is what happened, which IS what your pictures show.
I’m am not a solo customer having such frustrating grievances on how you conduct yourselves. I don’t need to be told to ‘chill’ in your correspondence Alvaro when I’m dismissed when willing to share pics and evidence of what I communicated that happened and because the delivery service you chose to hire did not properly deliver my package. Your super helpful response was for me to call the shipping company & ask what happened, ignoring any responsibility yourselves after I clearly stated what happened. Your lack of accountability and communication is the problem! You should try explaining ‘XYZ’ actionable steps that you were taking to remedy the situation, which there was none of. Just ‘thank you for your patience’, which is why I went from patient to angry. I was never once told I’d be refunded. Only after the well deserved FU comment did I get another email stating that you would be, but never communicated prior. Because being nice fell on deaf ears. As for your stellar customer service and offering me a refund, it was reversed on your end and fully charged back. ******* Cheated customers, don’t waste your time trying to explain how they short changed you, go directly to your bank & file a claim. Much less hassle and actual results ******
I’ll concede, not a scam company, just a nightmare of a company to deal with, customer service that’s not remotely helpful and scams you outta your money. Better?

I recently purchased three masks because they promised to provide an additional three for free, which I did not receive. Although all of their confirmation and shipment emails said I would be getting three free, they insisted I didn't meet the requirements of the offer. After several confrontational emails from their customer service team they assured me I would get my free masks with my next purchase.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. No thank you.

SCAM DO NOT BUY!! After placing two separate orders, both of them were apparently returned to sender, although I did provide the correct mailing address. I reached out to CocoBeauty and they did in fact confirm both orders were returned to them. As such, I asked them to confirm when I would be getting a refund. They advised me they are unable to refund me for the returned product but they would reship the order to me if I pay for shipping. This is ridiculous that they would not refund me for orders I never received and they actually have confirmed are in their possession - and then try to get me to pay them more $$ to reship it back to the same exact address that I never received it at again??! I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and a fraud case with my credit card company. The other reviews are right, this is a SCAM - please DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.
I am interested in this product… But after reading reviews I am reluctant to purchasing .. Why ? Because this is a sign that it is a product coming from China.. I have been duped on many occasions with delivery in most cases it took many weeks or months when and if the package arrived you can see it was sent from Mainland China, and if you check what company processes the order it is a Chinese holding company.. my credit company has advised me NOT to purchase from these companies.. when you see a product that sounds to good to be true .. there is no Quick fix ! Why do you think that the Beauty industry is making billions of dollars 💸 in profits .. these Asian companies are in on it !
Don’t get hooked on it , eat well care for your skin and age gracefully is my advice.. and save your frustrations and money .. 🥰🌹
Placed an order over 13 days ago on the premise that they advertised it would reach me in the uk by the 14th of august. It is now the 19th. After speaking to customer service and asking for a refund as they have not delivered on what the advertise I was told I would need to pay to return the item my self before a refund could be issued. Why am I paying for your false advertising? I was told by customer service that actually it can take up to 15 working days to reach the uk. I have went on their website today to find where exactly it states this, low and behold I can order the same items with the promise that I will receive delivery in 8 business days! So clearly still false advertising the arrival dates. I would be happy to have just accepted my disappointment and taken a refund but no even that has to be hard work with this company and cost me more money. It is an absolute joke and you seriously need to update your website with clear and accurate delivery time frames.

Unless you want a preview of what 80 will look like, do not wear it to bed, especially if you are a side sleeper. Aside from this experience the mask is just ok and it did under no circumstances result in “glass skin.” Application is awkward and messy and the sheets are a little too small for my average adult sized face. Overall the product is just impractical considering it shouldn’t be worn overnight while still requiring a 4-hour minimum wear time to completely dry down. I suggest reading about the returns process for a good laugh. On a positive note it didn’t break me out so I will proceed to use up the masks with caution, but I will absolutely not be repurchasing.

Kind of everything went wrong with this order. I ordered 3 and received 1. It took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I did not notice, that it says in the delivery policy "up to 15 days". I would not have ordered it then. My bad! But the missing two masks are a real flop! I was asked to weigh the package, send pictures and so on.. but never heard I the words: we will forward the missing masks immediately.. very dissapointing. But apart from that - and that to me is the most important part here - the mask is a normal mask... yes it melts into your skin, and yes it feels cooling and fresh, but my skin, after wearing it for roundabout 7 hours was shiny but felt actually a bit dry. I cannot understand the hype about it and will not order it again. I have found so much better masks, which hydrate and leave real results. To me it is a good placed marketing campain for a not so good product. Not worth the wait!

I have placed an order over a month ago and have not received it yet. When tracking the order, it only shows "in transit", but no information as to where the order actually it. This has not been updated in over two weeks.
I have sent several emails and there is yet no reply. I would love some feedback on order #20800.
