Total scam - DO NOT BUY!!!

Before I have had an adequate time to try my first shipment of this product adequately I have been notified of two more auto shipments since. I have attempted to text, email, and phone the company to stop auto-shioments but to no avail.
I have had to contact my bank and change bankcards to stop autoshipments since I have not had any response from this company.

Terrible customer service, very difficult to cancel my subscription that I did not want. Package arrived damaged.
States they accept returns but have such a convoluted return policy that I cannot get the return issued. One of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had.

When Customer Service does return my emails, it's days late and without any helpful information. They consistently ask for the same information. I've already provided them. They have all of my order information and will not issue a return for an order. I did not want shipped to begin with.

Complete scam. I asked them six times to cancel my subscription and they never would. I filed a complaint with the FTC, not that it will probably help, but it at least puts them on their radar.

Terrible Customer Service

I have reached out to the company several times asking them to cancel my subscription and they have not done so. I have also reached out several times requesting a complete ingredient list which they have not provided -- the list on the box is obviously incomplete as it doesn't list an emulsifier or a preservative but they just keep telling me their "key ingredients" and ignoring the rest. At one point they actually sent me a form letter but neglected to fill it in!

TRYGAIAS is a SCAM. I carefully checked my order for one of those subscription checkboxes because I wanted to try this product before deciding to commit; However, I never even received the product. I noticed in the shipping email in fine print it said "every 4 weeks." I knew I did not agree to that and attempted to login to the Subscription information on their website but kept getting a message that said there was an Error. The Manage Membership link does not work. The phone number does not work. I have attempted to email and only get communication that is robotic and says you can respond to the email to cancel, which I did on June 28th. They continue to automatically charge a payment.

I was careful to look over my order for one of those subscription checkboxes because I wanted to try this product before deciding to commit. I noticed in the shipping email in fine print it said "every 4 weeks." I knew I did not agree to that and was able to login to my Subscription information on their website. There was no way to cancel the next shipment, but I was able to delete my payment information. In fine print under Payment Method it claims "You can't yet cancel this subscription, as you didn't yet reach the required number of payments." The Manage Membership link does not work either. They continue to automatically attempt to charge a payment and send an email of failed payment. I've just emailed support and requested that they cancel this subscription.

Total scam they secretly check a monthly subscription box and charge you card 29.99 a month and don't send product, the product I did try does not work! RUN!

I never received my order, I can't get anyone to help me, the phone number on the website is disconnected. Do not order from this place. They are terrible and will steal your money.

this company is a scam. They shipped some product and now they auto ship to me and keep charging my credit card. I have tried to reach out to them. No response. I tried to go on their site and cancel a subscription that I never signed up for by filling out a form...then when I tried to complete it said error. Scammers!!! Before ordering I emailed them to ask where the item was made. I received an email which claimed the cream is proudly made in USA!
Next I thing I know…. -shipping from China!
Total scam!

This company is a complete scam! Don't order. They promised me a shipment within 5 days. Never showed up. It's now been over a month and still no product. And they completely stopped responding to my emails. It's a scam. Avoid it, and don't buy into their Instagram ads.
