I was diagnosed by my dentist to have receding gums so badly at my 59 years of age that they needed to do a procedure which I knew was very painful and probably not a solution any way so I was devastated.
I saw a healray add on Facebook and decided to give it a try last year in October; I was not going to go under any knife before Christmas anyway and thought last resort would not hurt if it doesn’t work at least I tried.
By December I noticed great improvement but we all love ourselves more than we can imagine and I thought I better go ask the dentist if it’s just me or this is magic
Well the dentist said to keep it up cause it was working and maybe by January we could cancel my scheduled procedure.
Then unfortunately my decide broke down out of the blue, one day it simply quit charging and I paniced so I inediately co texted costumer service and they sent me a new device right away no questions asked not wanting me to return the faulty device first.
Well that was great but I never received it !!! I got the tracking number and all but it simply got lost before it reached me so I contacted costumer service again and told them what had happened and how freaked out I was cause time was ticking away and I had to be constant with my treatment to avoid a bad procedure I had coming !
They were ever so gracious to basically overnight ANOTHER device !!! Which did get here and I was able to finally avoid the dreaded knife to my gums !
I tell you I am their ever so captive costumer and will always continue to use my device with the gel and the toothpaste I will be their ambassador if I am asked to !!!

Added Oral RLT Therapy Device
I have used other RLT devices for a few years now and recently added HealRay to my routine to specifically target dental health. I know the benefits of RLT and not surprised that the sensitivity in my gums and teeth improved. Also, the design of the soft toothbrush provided is gentle and effective on my teeth and gums. I purchased 2 units in January, for my husband and myself. Recently one stopped charging. I contacted the company and they immediately dispatched a new unit, no questions asked. Very impressed! I ordered a Healray and had been using it for a couple of weeks when it needed charged again. I put it on charge and it didn't charge at all and started flashing red and green. I contacted Healray and they immediately agreed to send me a replacement. I am very excited to continue to use this product as I have receding and thin gums.

Great Results after 4 days!

Some spots more than others, but it was expected with some areas having more damage from periodontitis. Some of my teeth used to move a little, now they dont. In general, dental crowns are typically compatible with red light therapy devices like Healray. The light works on the gums and surrounding soft tissue, not the crown material itself, so it should not damage or affect your crowns.
That said, since your situation is specific, we recommend being a bit cautious at first:
-Start with shorter sessions to see how your gums feel
-Use it gently without pressing the device too firmly against the crown area
-Stop and consult your dentist if you notice any discomfort

When I first received my healray…
When I first received my healray device, it stopped working after about two weeks but after contacting customer services there was no problem in getting it exchanged ( once I had sent videos of the issue). I have been using all of the products for quite a few months now and can't say that I have noticed any change. I have been suffering with periodontitis for a number of years and after a visit to my dentist, I asked how my gums were( expecting the usual' in a terrible state' answer.
Instead, she said that my teeth and gums were good and manageable. She had me seeing her every 3 months but now ( because of how things are looking) 6 months! So obviously something is working. It is a long, slow process and you can't afford to miss with your routine. But obviously something must be working if the dentist has extended my visits to the practice. She can obviously see something that I can't.

First, we want to reassure you that HealRay red light therapy does not cause periodontitis or elevated MMP-8 levels. These are signs of an underlying gum condition that typically develops over time, often before symptoms become noticeable.
As a dentist, I’d explain that periodontitis is commonly influenced by things like long-term plaque and tartar buildup, bacteria below the gumline, genetics, immune response, smoking, stress, systemic health conditions (like diabetes), and even past gaps in oral care. Sometimes it progresses quietly, without obvious symptoms, until it reaches a more advanced stage.
In fact, improving your routine and diet are very positive steps. However, at Stage 2–3 periodontitis, professional treatment is essential—this may include deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), possible medications, and close monitoring by your dentist or a periodontist.
Using supportive tools like HealRay can be part of a good home care routine, but they don’t replace clinical treatment when gum disease is already present.
My advice: please see your dentist or a periodontist as soon as possible so this can be properly managed. The good news is that with the right care and consistency, this condition can absolutely be controlled.
