My order was placed and per tracking information given 'shipped' on Aug 6 but for the first few weeks tracking merely showed the label was created but the product was not received by the carrier. The original expected delivery date was Aug 18. As of today, Sept 24, tracking only shows 'shipment information received Aug 6'. Helios has not responded to the two emailed requests I have made requesting an update on the status of my order. Also, their products ship directly from China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

About a month and a half ago I bought this product. I was sent two brush heads that is red. I was told that one should have been blue and to prove that both of them were read to send a video during the video which by the way did show that both toothbrush heads were red the one not in use broke, which is also showed on the video I have sent that video in. No response back from this company as of yet.

The tooth brush that I was sent looked nothing like the one on the site. I emailed customer service and they told me that even though this was not what was shown on the site, they still stood by what was sent. I was only able to get an 80% refund.

SCAM!!! Do not buy from them! I ordered a product 2 months ago and they still haven't even shipped it. I wrote to them, but they don't reply. Total scammers, I want my money back!

Beware. Ordered 20 days ago. Not even shipped yet. Just get genetic a.i responses. Sorry for delay.. over, and over again. Potentially a scam. They have one day left. Then getting bank on to them. 30 day guarantee not much good. If it takes longer than 30 days to even receive!!!
