Ordered mid Sept to give it a try - compare to other holsters. Received "your product has shipped" the next day. Oct 7th no product received, no response to customer service email. Looks like I got scammed on this one. Not done with them yet....

This is a scam.. they took my card details and stole money from my account after the purchase was made. They did send a product which doesn’t smell anything like the oils they say are in it and also has more of a thin soapy dishwashing detergent texture than an oil. Smells nice but that’s about it

Company is a scam and completely fake. It takes money from your bank account even when you didn’t order anything. Reported to FBI

Don't buy this product!!! They will take your debt and credit card info and make up all these websites that don't exist. They will steal your money. And when you call them on it, the same person answered for both websites. I think the whole thing is a hoax!!! What a royal rip-off!!!

Do not buy hair oil from this shop. I repeat, do not!
First, when you buy it online, you will be given options for STANDARD SHIPPING and EXPRESS SHIPPING. Even if you choose STANDARD SHIPPING, you will be charged for EXPRESS SHIPPING and then they just welcome you to some stupid TryHoudini Club for no reason! when you enter your card details after making your account on their webpage, they have saved the card details. After 10 days of sending you the order, they are charging $39.95 for joining this TryHoudini Club! and its every month. Please read the *+ View Billing Terms* on the page where you enter card details. Now, when I have send them an email to cancel this transaction, they bombarded me with their blogs as to why I am being charged! Furthermore, 2 other businesses tried to take the same amount of money from my card and got declined (Salesecure.co and Lift-Hub.co)
In the end, I had to freeze my card!

Better solution whenever buying anything online: Use one-time-use card.

I paid for an item, and never received it! They used a different courier which delivered it late at night when everyone was asleep! Woke up and package was no where to be found! And It took nearly a whole month to arrive! I usually am able to track the current status of my packages. There's no contact number for them, and their website says that they don't give refunds. Bull crap! Never again will I order from them. Please don't waste your money!

Wow I read some of the comments and I'm going through the same exact thing! I was charged and I didn't sign up for a membership or purchased a product from them.... Yes it's a big scam by scam artists... Do not trust them! They will take your money and run!!!!!

Total scam. Don’t give them your info. They secretly sign you up for a 57 dollars a month charge, hidden in the ‘terms of service,’ under another name, lift-hub. Took a while to figure out this mystery recurring charge. I called to get it refunded, and even AFTER I reported it and they ‘confirmed’ there would be ‘no further charges,’ they again charged my card in Dec and January. When I wrote them again, they initially said I had ‘signed up,’ then said oops it was due to a “system upgrade that caused some cancelled subscriptions to renew.” Even THEN they only refunded January and tried to keep 57 dollars from December, and I had to go through Visa to get the rest back. They have once again said they have ‘cancelled’ the ‘subscription’ I never agreed to that they apparently buried in their fine print, now. Will only know next month. Complete and total phishing scam. Have reported this to visa as fraud. Also the tiny bottle of weird oil with a non functioning pretend eye dropper that doesn’t even work is itself a scam, it did nothing, other than get several hundred dollars charged onto my credit card. In the end if they don’t stop I’m going to have to change my card just to get away from these scammers. Oh they also said I signed up for two bottles and charged me twice when there was no indication of that at all on the ‘deal’ they were offering to ‘try it once.’ Do not give them your info, nor their ‘parent company,’ “lift-hub,” and check your bank statement carefully if you have ever had any dealings with them. It’s a total scam to fleece ppl.

Total scam don’t trust this company
I originally paid for hair oil in October when arrived it was a different oil to advertised was told it was replacement , the dropper didn’t work sent a replacement but all were broken
Wasn’t until I had multiple payment attempts blocked on my account and a second new replacement card which also had blocked payment and after speaking to my banks fraud department they confirmed that it was all from a company name called hairvana-com.com which my original order was charged from when I sent an email to them they told me I subscribed to a subscription but had cancelled my subscription
I ended up searching reviews on the company and found multiple people who have gone through my experience
I’ve had to order a new card when I got 2 blocked payments then got a replacement card and the same issues I was told buy the fraud department at my bank that they actually had my ban and account numbers and I had to cancel all my accounts and start fresh I’ve literally had no access to my own money for more then 2 weeks unable to buy food for myself or pay for outstanding bill because I’ve had to cancel multiple replacement cards and get new accounts
This company is a total scam

This is awful. I made an order which I never received but they have been continuously debiting my account . My bank keeps blocking my card because they keep taking money out.even thought I've asked my bank to block payments absolutely disgusting

Ich wollte nur einmalig etwas bestellen, zum Testen.
Vom Ergebnis bin ich nicht überzeugt.
Auf einmal erfolgten einfach weitere Abbuchungen.
Bei Rückfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich ein Abonnement abgeschlossen hätte.
Dies war nirgends einsehbar.

The product took several months to arrive, when it did the boxes were crushed/damaged and the name on the boxes do not match the products used to advertise on instagram (where i found them on). overall the “oil” just makes your hair greasy that in turn caused my scalp to dry more than it already was. the applicators for EACH bottle i received (3) do not work and the essential oil bottle has no smell whatsoever. all in all this was an extreme waste of money, please don’t fall for it.

There is nothing positive about this company, they rip you off and under delivery. What a scam. My review is the same as everyone else on here.

These people use a fake courier company. They use different descriptions on your bank account for example Pureskincare-co.com / FancySkinZone / Modish-outfits.com. They would try to take money from your account many times. They will tell you that at the end before you press pay you have chosen the VIP which is junk. Do not buy from these people you will end up to cancel your card. Don't be fooled by these people. They will send you emails which are all lies. You will never receive your product. In total they tried to take in total $203.96 in my money unit its R3563.83 if you spot them on your Instagram page or Tiktok page or Facebook page inform people that they are scammers and they will just lose money.

This is a scam site. I bought hair oil from them. Never received it but "FancySkinZone" took money from my bank card 10 days later. The bank said they seem to be the same SCAM company

Transferred all my money to a seperate bank account and only had the amount needed in my account and it was saying insufficient funds. Seems like a scam

1) July: I made a purchase for the advertised $8. Added an additional bottle billed beyond what I really wanted. Fine.
2) August: An additional charge ($42.95) to my card for an order not placed OR received.
3) September: ANOTHER charge ($44.95) to my card for an order not placed OR received.

Tried to reach out and contact, but no response.
Had to cancel my credit card.

The products I did receive didn't look like the ones I ordered and had a sketchy inside, had to throw them away.
