This product is everything It promises - gentle and effective sleep aid without the groggy hangover of prescription or OTC aids. Lavender scent is subtle and promotes relaxation. I was diagnosed with PTSD after being at ground zero on 9/11, and have tried everything with only modest results. On week in with this product, and I feel I may finally (!) have found a safe, drug-free solution. Ordering is easy, delivery is fairly quick, and customer service offers solid support. Give it a try!

I have difficulty sleeping throughout the night. I sometimes wake several times throughout the night and then have difficulty getting back to sleep.
