I had very bad plantar fasciitis for a year I bought this product because I knew it was the last thing. Finally that would help me. I did have one steroid injection which did not cure me so I bought the mat and used it twice a day and my planter fasciitis is slowly gone. Unbelievable product.

The product did arrive after another 7 days, total of 5 weeks when I was told 10 days. However, communication was poor, had it been better I would not have been left to feel it was a scam, especially with all the scams these days.
I purchased a red light pad on 27th April. I received and email confirming my purchase. There was no tracking number. A month later I had not received my purchase nor any email to say there have been delays. I reached out to them on messenger asking where it was. They replied with "sorry, will check and get back to me asap". I had to chase them again 4 days later, when I was then told it would arrive in 6 days. I gave them the 6 days before messaging again demanding my money back. They then sent me a tracking number through DHL. I looked this up and it appears it has been despatched and should arrive in 7 days. Watch this space. They keep removing my comments on their Facebook page.

I had problems with a swollen foot for years, and I suffered sometimes from terrible pain.
Not a single doctor knew what my diagnosis is. During all those years I tried a lot of different products, from some devices to creams, gels...unfortunately, they didn't help me.
When I saw an ad from medex on facebook, I decided to try it.
After 4 days the swelling on my foot went down, I couldn't believe it!!!!
Now after 3 weeks, my foot is not swollen and no more pain!
I'm very happy that I finally, finally found something that will help me with my problem!

Sciatica relief
I have been struggling with sciatica for years but the last 2years have been exceptionally painful. It all got rolling when lifting a large heavy tablesaw out of the back of my truck when my foot slipped on ice and I jarred my lower back.
After many different treatments I found that the medex IR and near IR belt helps a lot to relieve tension before trying to sleep.
Deep tissue massage also played a large part in my recovery but the medex made a huge difference daily .

I have had my Medex Belt for 5 weeks…
I have had my Medex Belt for 5 weeks now, and I use it faithfully 2 times a day. I suffer from spinal stenosis, bulging discs, and pinched nerve. The Red & Infra Red light has helped reduce my pain by 75% in these last 5 weeks. I have been in pain for 3 yrs so I know it will take more time to heal. Thank you to Mia for the great customer service as she kept me posted as to when my order would be received.

For Sure this Works!
I bought this for my father and he didn't want to use it. Now I use it for aches and pains in my body. I use some Vicks or CBD salv and put the pad right on me throug out the night. Sure helps allot.

Medex X-400 - Helps Reduce Pain
I have fibromyalgia, lower back pain, and knee pain from severe osteoarthritis (no cartilage in either knee). I use the Medex X-400. I use my belt on my knees and back everyday. It has provided me a lot of pain relief. I have also used on my shoulder (bursitis), arm, feet, calves, upper back, and upper legs. It has helped everywhere I have used it. I'm so glad I tried it.

I was very sceptical when I ordered their red light therapy pad but thank goodness I did because I have had at least 75 percent decrease in knee pain. Love it so much I just ordered a second pad for my son who just had arm muscle surgery. Trust me this really works !!!!!

I have received my led therapy light a bit later than the expected date but found Mia was very helpful in updating me to when I would receive it. I Have only had it 2 days & have used it on my aching joints & have it has already made a big difference I would recommend this product

I am a great believer in red light A worthy Investment
I am a great believer in red light and I infrared therapy which I have used before at a health and wellness facility- the convenience of being able to use this product more regularly at home is a worthy investment- after discharge from hospital post complex multi level trans abdominal spinal surgery within one week of using this product in conjunction with a grounding sheet I believe my healing to be accelerated and have been able to cease all strong pain medications- I am so delighted I have purchased another wrap for my daughter who has rheumatoid arthritis. Although delivery to Australia was delayed this was understandable over the Xmas period and Mia was onto it as soon as she was aware of a problem

Love this belt
My package was delayed but Mia in customer service was super helpful in tracking it down. I used the belt several times in 3 days after I received it, and am able to sleep on my right hip now. Love it!

The product was received in good condition
The product works great and customer service promptly responded to my delivery questions. There was no shipping confirmation or tracking number. Upon ordering it said delivery in 10 days. Whem i asked customer service, it was 10 BUSINESS days. 10 business days came and still no shipping details or tracking number. Product arrived on 11th business day. This would have been a better review if tracking number was received when item was shipped.
