My first appointment with my therapist was a good
experience. She was attentive and caring. She is
very experienced with my mental issues as well as
medication to help with my symptoms. I am very
happy and look forward to my next appointment.

Giving this review 3 stars only because Stacy Davis is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. However, good luck getting in contact with anyone about anything in between appointments. They do not answer their phones, and respond to emails sporadically usually after 24 hours. There was an issue with my medication being sent to my pharmacy, and I have now been trying to get it figured out for over 2 weeks because I can only get a response from someone via email every other day. Meanwhile I have not had any medication. You would think a mental health service would have easier access to speak with someone regarding their medications.

My doctor is very supportive, listens to all my concerns and very knowledgeable on all the different treatment options. This experience has been better than all my family practitioners in the office! First time I’ve felt heard and had someone that actually has helped me get better!

My doctor was super personable and really took her time during our appointment.

My health care provider was compassionate and professional. I felt heard, and I plan to see him again.

Ms. Gant really listened to me and explored my situation enough to know which is really helpful when feeling not in a good place.

The entire minded process has been smooth and positive- from enrollment to prescription fulfillment. Great provider as well! He listens and responds with compassion.

I have a lot of difficulty with the support services. My medication was sent through as a 90 day which the clinician who was awesome and myself agreed upon however we understood the possibility That my insurance may decline it and I’d have to ask for a 30 day. I’ve been reaching out for w full day now no success all they’ve told me is the prescription was sent to my pharmacy which we knew

Very understanding. And easy to talk to.

She listened to my complaints and made adjustments to my meds for me.

Kevin is a great help to me.
He made very pleasant small talk
and empathized with my insomnia.
I didn't feel judged.

I already felt weary about my psychiatrist and how she responded to my concerns. Then for my latest appointment, that I was already very nervous for, was rushed and I was made to feel like my psychiatrist had better things to do than help me. Every last words of my sentences were interrupted and cut off and I was prescribed a medication with a very common symptom that I made my psychiatrist aware was a problem with my last one. That paired with the fact that I was given a different medication than was stated I would be given in a previous appointment if the current dosage was not helping, has made me lose my confidence in my journey to find something that works for me. This negative experience made me cancel my membership for minded and abandon my search for a fitting medication.

I have Ms. Kenny Adedayo as my provider. She is kind, patient and listens to anything you want to talk about without judgement. She is encouraging and knows just what to say to help motivate you in positive manner! I recommend her and Minded to everyone!

I wish I had more information before joining minded. My first appointment felt very impersonal and almost like an interview rather than a therapy session. The session honestly raised my anxiety since I felt like I needed to say the right thing. The way questions were asked felt like a test/ interview which I didn’t like. It also felt very rushed honestly. I could hardly keep up with what she was saying because there was so much information being thrown at me.. I didn’t feel comfortable in the session at all. I hope it goes better next time.

My practitioner was thoughtful and knowledgeable. Very friendly, but to the point. I had a great experience.

I have been with minded since last spring. I LOVE this program. Recently TryMinded has made some adjustments and the patient can see the same provider each month. I appreicate this change. I feel like my provider and I have a great professional relationship and virtual mental health has been such a lifesaver for me and my family.

Dr Grommley is kind, professional , does through assessment via zoom and is a expert at what he does so far what I’ve seen! It was on Dec 19
