Ordered items not received since purchase. No response from customer service. Non-consented weekly subscription
I paid for an order on their website since the 04/04/26. This was a one off payment for my order, apart from the fact that the items have not been delivered up till now, I have emailed them with 2 of the email addresses on their website and on the order email I received, but no one has responded even though both emails delivered.
They also automatically set me up on a monthly based subscription that I did not consent to. I have also sent them several emails to cancel the subscription but no one has responded. I have sent at least 4 emails at different times since I made the purchase.
No items yet, and the unwanted subscription has not been cancelled and no response from the Nerelle. It’s absurd and ridiculous
