Common thiefs, and they liked to prey on the hardworking foreign men especially. Luring them into depositing all their savings into their scam novel US bank… after that, they closed the accounts and ruined so many lives!!

The names are Aldrin and Paul Clement.

It’s truly horrible to see how many people they have scammed (including me in 2023).. I hope justice will be served.

Anyone knows what we can do ???

I’ve been using Novel without a problem until recently. I got an email stating the bank was discontinuing services and I should transfer my funds to another bank. Was also reassure that any monies greater than $1 would be mailed via check. I tried to make the transfer but it failed, and have yet to receive a check in the mail. There’s no response from the support email, there’s no support number and I can no longer log onto their website. Ironically they go down the same time as jumpstartfilings which I also used to form an LLC and open a bank account with Novel which was their suggested bank to use.

Am facing very bad situation because of this novel bank, they freezed my account now nobody is responding please advise where to complaint any financial authority or institute who can take strict action against this company.
Their owner Aldrine Clement is not even responding.

Fraudsters. Opened an account last year, I put £50 in as it was required to open the account. Then the account was closed without an explanation. Opened another account this year, and now the website has been taken down and cannot access support. Do not think about using this company.

They are probably a fraud it because I have a their account after sometimes later they message closing of existing account. I try to contact via email them but didn't get any response & there is no support number in thier website to contact them. Now I can't log in my account from their website as log option not working

We had an account with them and they have scammed us 12k USD. They shutted down the website and their support doesnt reply. When we contact Five Star Bank which is the bank providing the account they basically say to contact support from trynovel. But support is not existent. I am using Novel bank for my small business since last 2 year but recently I can not log in, it showing multiple errors, the support is not giving any responses, and lots of emails have been sent, I think this is no longer working, they closed many accounts like this. we should file complaints and make a notice to them for legal action. if anyone facing a problem whstaap me: +1 843 647 4037

I have tried to contact Novel recently and no response whatsoever from there customer service neither can I access the Bank App or log in via there website.

We have a huge fund with the bank and there's no communication whatsoever from them.

Please can anyone advise how we can recover our funds from this bank. We genuinely need help.
