Never received my order so I am not able to review anything because I never received it. If I was able to give zero stars that is what you would have gotten.

I still haven’t received the product, despite being told it shipped over 3 weeks ago. No one seems to know where it is (tracking has shown it parked in the same spot for the last two weeks). I’ve asked for a refund, and that request is being ignored as well. Do not purchase.

Incredibly difficult to use. Tried twice to make it work and used up at least half of the tube of my nail gel trying to get my nails to look like how they did in the tutorial video. Saw the good reviews and wanted to give the starter kit a try. Complete waste of time tbh since it took me almost an hour to completely remove the cured gel from my nail even though instructions say the gel is really easy to peel off ("only takes seconds") after leaving the removal solution for 3-5 minutes. No matter how many times I tried, having followed the tutorials closely, the method of squeezing a dab of polygel onto your nail and pressing the plastic nail shaper thing onto your nail to spread the gel across evenly never came out as clean as they did in the video. Sure, with practice you might be able to achieve professional-looking/satisfactory nails, but that might use up your entire starter kit and a ton of time before you get there. This is really not user-friendly for beginners. Also, when my package came, the slip solution bottle was not shut closed and the solution was quite literally slipping. I will be keeping the UV light since it works well but everything else needs to be better designed for ease of use. Trust me on this one, thanks.

UPDATE ON MY MAY REVIEW—my bank initially gave me a courtesy credit while they waited for Paddie Nails to refund me. They took back this credit when they had exhausted their efforts and had to close the case. I tried appealing this with my bank, but to no avail. Paddie Nails responded to my review and said they refunded my product within 36 hours of getting my package. NOT TRUE!!!! I still have not received a refund from the company and I made a purchase in February/sent back my order package in March. Now they are emailing me trying to get me to take my review down and offering me more of their products as a compensation. I told them I still haven’t gotten my refund and this is an extremely incompetent solution. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

this is my first time using paddie, and to be honest I’m super excited, I would describe its service like one of the best in customer service, and one of the greatest ones in quality, I will definitely buy it again in the future and will totally recommend it

The post had broken my package, and I e-mailed customer support with pictures. They answered within hours and made up for the loss, and were very professional and kind. The products are great and easy to apply. Looking forward to saving tons of money that used to go to nailsalons. Definitely recommend!

The order never arrived. I payed for the starter kit and 3 extra colors and have not received neither, it has been more than 8 months now. Saw an add just now and it reminded me of it.

Not every medium of nail products are for everyone. I am new to polygel and so far I love it! Beautiful arched apex, easy to apply and lasts really long time! I’m going over a month now and had to cut down! Just amazing!

The Paddie Polygel Nail does not stick to the nail. It comes off so easily minutes after putting it.

I DOT NOT RECOMMEND. I WASTED $45 Dollars on their starter kit. and they will not refund once you used it.

Quick and no frills to get what I asked for. The person I had was careful and skillful.

These do not come close to working. After I ordered, I mentioned to my daughter that I was going to try them. She laughed and told me she had already been scammed by them. I decided to have a positive attitude and wait and try for myself. They came within 10 days which was awesome. Then I applied. They are JUNK! They do NOT stay on your nail. They are some sort of weird "plasticy" type thing once they dry. Even if they had stayed on my fingernail, which they did NOT, they would have looked like I was wearing a piece of pastic toy on top. Do NOT waste your money. I wish I would have looked up reviews before buying.

These are good nails, the products work as described. I am still learning how to apply and remove, and getting better at it every time. They look great, even if you mess up a little it's going to be better than nothing, and it's simple to fix.

After reading so many bad comments about Paddie Nails I had to try them for myself. I simply was blown away at how easy, they were to apply and beautiful they were finished. They didn't pop off right away. They lasted and I got many comments on how they looked. Be patient take your time and follow their instructions for beautiful nails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING AND THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY. IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!

I’ve been really happy starting with the Intermediate kit as it includes everything needed for application and removal. The colors are perfect me as neutrals are always my vibe (came with clear, coffee, clear coffee, black, and jade universe). I’m not a nails girly ~at all~ but I want to be 💅 I’ve tried glue on nails a few times, but other than that I almost never do my nails. I’ve done 3 sets so far and it has taken me quite a bit of time (a few hours), but I’m sure with more practice at this rate it’ll go much quicker! I think my sets so far look great for being a beginner. I recommend following ~all~ of their tips and tricks found on their website and videos, especially for nail prep which makes a huge difference in longevity. My only reasons I might have given a 4.5 instead of 5, are that the slip solution brush broke pretty quickly (detached from dual head base but still usable) and the light is small (but still effective). Overall, love it and looking forward to a fun year of gorgeous nails with Paddie!
