Doesn’t work! Don’t buy!!!

It’s an absolute con job. First of all, had no idea it was a subscription that they charge u monthly even without sending u the product. I had no clue until I recieved a postcard saying I had to scan code to manage subscription. There wasn’t an option to do so. It also says to write an email to cancel!!! I had to write them several times and the finally wrote me back and only want to give me back 15 percent I am beyond livid. Who needs crappy foot peele every month? It’s so strange and sketchy. Don’t buy it!!!!!

Offered a 15% refund after scamming another $30 for nothing and what a surprise! It’s never arrived and no one replies.
Be warned this company is just a scam and the product is rubbish. The only peeling affect you get is the product itself and not your skin peeling

Can't get in touch with this company to cancel subscription. Support email in website gets rejected. 1st month recieved a single bottle yet charged for 2. Tried to cancel and haven't gotten anywhere. Months 2 and 3 sent a empty envelope with a card with a qr code. Absolutely a scam.

MASSIVE SCAMMER!!

Ordered 1 bottle, took ages to arrive, like over a month, I obviously didn’t read the small print of it being a subscription, they took the money for second bottle and instead of sending me the bottle, sent me a card with a QR which doesn’t work, then I emailed, no response, and they have just sent it to me again, no product, just a card in a envelope and no response still. I’ve been onto my account and managed to remove my saved card now, so hopefully that’s stopped that.

Product isn’t even that great!! All a big scam!

First of all I was charged for 2 products but only received one. Second product was a an envelope with a QR code in it. I do not scan random QR codes sent to me in a post.I quickly stopped the subscription before 3rd payment and luckily no more money was taken off unlike other reviews say. To receive a refund you have to move mountains. I never did receive refund because this company is hard to get in touch with. I believe this product is a scam. It’s not your dry skin you see rolling, peeling when massaged into your feet, it’s the product itself because it’s sticky. No matter where you apply in your body the results is the same, skin like material comes off. Feet feel smooth for a while but when you wash and dry your feet the dryness is still there.

Firstly the product is rubbish. It doesn’t give you baby soft feet, only a spa pedicure will do that. Secondly there is no obvious way to cancel. There is no link in my emails to cancel, and you email Peele only to hear nothing back. I contacted them through instagram and asked to cancel after my second order arrived …it was an empty envelope. I just checked my account and they’ve taken another £15 and are “prepping” my shipment. I have removed my bank card as that appears to be the only way to cancel on the site. I’ve blocked them with my bank and if they don’t refund me for my empty envelope and cancellation then I’ll open a dispute. Avoid them

This company is an absolute scam from start to finish.
1. The product doesn’t work. It does nothing. What they advertise (spray and peel effortlessly) is completely false. After it failed, they tried to tell me to soak, scrub, and repeat — which was never in the ads.
2. The so-called 30-day money-back guarantee is a lie. When I asked for a refund the first time, instead of honoring the “risk-free, 100% money-back” promise, they only gave me 30% back. Not a full refund. Just 30%. So I was stuck with a useless product that they falsely market as risk-free.
3. They sneakily signed me up for a subscription I never agreed to. I later got charged for a “refill” and the only thing they sent me in the package was a piece of paper with a QR code saying “scan to confirm your monthly refill.” No product, just a card. They promised me a full refund for that charge, but only sent half. I’ve been chasing them for almost a month through endless emails with different agents, none of whom actually read or understood what I was asking.
4. Customer service is hostile and evasive. When I finally tried live chat, the rep was rude, unhelpful, and again “played dumb.” She insisted they’d already refunded me (confusing the earlier 30% refund with the subscription scam), then offered me another 30% refund — for what? A piece of paper? That’s absurd. In the end, I’ve essentially paid them for nothing.

This isn’t just bad service, it’s a deliberate scam. They advertise a money-back guarantee they don’t honor, they push a useless product, and they sneak people into unwanted subscriptions. I ended up paying for a product that doesn’t work and a QR code I never wanted.

Save yourself the stress — this company is fraudulent and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I'm not one to give a bad review of a product, especially when they offer a trial period. That's what it's for - if something isn't for me, I just move on. However, I tried Peele footspray, and did like it AT ALL. It was messy, sticky, and DID NOT WORK. Fine. I reach out for a refund. They tell me to keep trying it and gave me a few tips. I asked when my trial ends, as Id be happy to keep trying it but don't want to get stuck with it. They told me when my trial ends. (This means their support team recognizes I'm using the product, and still may want a refund, no?). I use again for a few days, still don't like and still doesn't work. I reach out once again, requesting refund. NOW they are telling me they do not accept opened/used products, and do not refund shipping fees. SO - tell me how a 30 day satisfaction guarantee works if you can't open the bottle? Also, 100% money back guarantee... except for the shipping costs? Completely misleading, unhelpful support (I had to follow up with them numerous times to get an answer), and the person who originally told me to keep trying it before my trial ends, is one of the people who later told me they won't accept opened products. Looked up this product on reddit, and so many other shady practices that people have experienced. Do yourselves a favor, get the Baby Foot Peel and call it a day. Thank you Capital One for having my back and refunding me - which I told Peele I was going to do.

Bought one bottle in July and noticed that company continued to take monthly subscription payments. The company confirmed subscription was cancelled in July but proceeded to take monthly payments, no product received despite payments being taken (did not request the ongoing supply either so product was not needed) and no offer of refund for the money taken out of my account

The product is great. But it secretly signs you up for a subscription but don’t get notified until money is out of your account and when you try and contact them they can’t do anything as they then sign post you the refunds and can’t do it when the product is on the way, which you get notification if 5 hours after the money is out of your account. And actually no where to cancel the subscription. This has unfortunately put me off ever getting this stuff again. My trust has been lost. It’s a great product but has left me feeling dissapointed and feel like I’ve been scammed from how it’s made me feel.

Then they pretend they care and tell you you’ll get more and then send you another QR code.

Wouldn't recommend this company at all. I ordered the product to try and they signed me up to a subscription (this was a very very small tickbox on the add to basket page!). They do the subscription on saved credit card details so there's no DD or anyway to cancel yourself.

Received the product and started using, 3 weeks later I saw another order was placed. I logged straight on my account and couldn't see anything about a subscription so contacted them immediately to ask them to cancel this.

I was advised they couldn't cancel the order as it had already gone out. They cancelled my subscription I didn't know I had however advised they could only refund me if I posted this back to them at my own cost (I offered to post back only at their cost).

As the product can only be used once every 7-10 days I still had a full bottle at this point so not only is their subscription very unclear when signing up but they want to send you product before you could possibly need more.

Fast forward 2 weeks and I receive a delivery from them which only has a business card in a letter - I contact them to ask what this is to which they advised this was because I cancelled my subscription before the order was sent (the order they refused to refund me for because it had already been sent). So now they have advised they'll send the product out as I've already paid for it. Even though I still don't need it and just want my refund.

I'm going round in circles with them, their customer service team seem to have no idea what's going on and I question if they are based in the UK / understand English based on their lack of understanding of my emails and what I've asked for. I have sent summary after summary with my emails as each email seems to have no understanding of what's happened before and I'm getting absolutely nowhere.

Please just avoid dealing with this company.

I placed an order in June and cancelled it immediately after and was given a refund. However they failed to cancel the subscription and it has continued for 2 months with payments being taken and nothing reviewed. Now they won't refund and say I can have 15%! I dont care what the product is like, unfortunately this company is not operating like a proper business!

Absolute waste of money - product promises instant results, no soaking, no scrubbing, no hassle. Just spray, wait, and peel... It didn't work - the product balled up just like the advert that got us all interested - it's just the product! It left my heels exactly as they were underneath. I used regularly for 3 weeks and saw no improvement - if anything it made my skin worse. I requested my money back 3 times (under their money back guarantee), and all I got in response was 'advice' to try in combination with soaking, scrubbing with a foot file, and suggested I buy another bottle to give it a bit longer to take effect! Not what I was promised.

Their 30 day "trial" and money back guarantee is B.S. This stuff doesn't work, so I contacted them to get my money back. Here's the caveat: I have to pay to ship the opened bottle back to them in order to get the refund. They don't cover return shipping. So I have to spend approximately 50% of the cost of the spray (around $9 to ship) in order to get my money back ($18).

If I choose not to ship it back, they only offer a 15% refund.

Most companies these days are trying to be more customer friendly and also environmentally conscious (shipping back an opened bottle they will just throw away wastes energy and resources) so they will just refund the purchase price without you having to return the item. If Peele had been honest about their fake "trial period/money back guarantee" and that I'd end up paying for shipping, I wouldn't have purchased it.

I ordered one bottle of this (product itself is ok, I wouldn’t necessarily purchase again)
However…they signed me up to a subscription that I was not aware of. They are now refusing to refund me or let me return the product to a UK address when it arrives.

UPDATE: I have finally since been able to cancel my subscription, but they are still refusing a refund. They also said because I have cancelled the subscription I won’t receive the second bottle (which was on subscription) even though they have taken the money for it!! Please do not use this company, customer service is absolutely shocking, I am convinced it is an Ai response

Total scam! Product doesn’t work and they won’t refund based on the 30 day policy all over their website.

Honey,,, if you told me my feet would be this soft, I’d have laughed. But here we are. The peel worked like a charm and the shedding was kinda satisfying. Ten outta ten would recommend for anyone who loves a good glow up even for their feet.
