Excellent customer service from Matthew at Renewa
I purchased the renewa device and serums. I saw results, and was in a routine, using the device both morning and night. Then the device malfunctioned, so I contacted renewa and told their representative, Matthew, about my experience. Matthew asked that I provide a short video demonstrating the problem with device. I did so, and Matthew was so helpful and efficient. He immediately took care of me, offering me a replacement device. I hope it gets here soon! Thanks to Matthew, I have confidence in both their product and their customer service, and I am a satisfied customer- thank you, Matthew!

Doesnt work for under eye bags
The eyelift tool and recommended serum does not work for me. I purchased the product for under eye bags. Weeks and no change. Going to see my dermo instead. I will say the customer service department is great. After a slow start, I have received calls asking if I want a refund and offers of free products to try. I appreciate the follow-ups.

Fraud and lies, they charged my bank account 3 additional fraudulent orders and the product is junk
Lies, and more lies, I wish I would have read Trustpilot reviews before falling into their fraudulent trap. This is a scam operation and they are crooks! Don't be trusting like i was! Read all the reviews! They charged my bank account for this order, sent me the order, charged to my bank account and then charged my bank account for 3 additional fraudulent orders totaling over $300! (I am presently going thru the "Dispute"filing with my bank). BEWARE, DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM! DiSHONEST AND THIEFS

I am very very impressed with Matthew from RenewaSkin. I had problems with my order and he responded immediately to my email. One does not always get such good customer service. Also, ordering anything online is always risky of non-legit companies and scammers.
I was very happy to immediately get a response from Matthew with a very nice, considerate and helpful email.
He very quickly and professionally solved my issue!!

DO NOT BUY IT, they don1t send you anything! If you complain, the lady seems helpful and first want you to rate her kindness on trustpilot (unfortunatelly I fell for it, and did it), however, after 8 weeks I didn't got anything, and now she doesn't even answer! Shame on them!!!

Very responsive staff, machine is excellent,serum jar too small.
I ordered the RenewaLift machine and was extremely pleased with the almost immediate improvement. I am in my 80s, and my skin (partly because of serums and moisturizers I have settled on) is smooth and glowing.
However, I responded to the ad to "buy one and get five" jars of serum, but received only one thimbleful of serum for my $98.
I wrote Renewa complaining and received a quick, very responsive answer from agent EJ, apologizing and saying he would send the other 5 jars right away, also offering a discount on future purchases. EJ was also very personable and obviously committed to his career.

I had only received the one bottle of the AgeDefy serum instead of the 6 bottles ordered so I sent an email to inform them of this and a prompt answer was received saying that a replacement of 6 bottles is on their way. Great customer service!
