Best customer experience ever for me

My experience with dealing with many different organizations regarding customer service that allows me to make a broad statement here and that is the response time. The quality of the response has been tremendous. Hello

Hello. I wasnt very happy when I discovered that I was subscribed and that I wasnt in control of my orders and upcoming bottles were too many so I asked for help and Jean was very kind and helpful.

Angelie's respnse to my request for a return and refund was prompt. She pointed out that I had a subscription, thank goodness because I had no idea! I was offered a 50% refund and to keep the product verses going through the hassel of returning it. Very happy with my customer service experience.

I never received my soft gels because…

I never received my soft gels because you guys got my address crazy wrong! They went to a PO box in a town on the other side of the state. They were in post office limbo for weeks jumping around from one part of the state to another. This may have been avoided if anybody at the company would answer the phone and or emails. I never got a response to any of the three emails I sent and nobody wants answer the phone. Voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. I will never order anything from Rovina again

No delivery

I really want the product .. but i didnt received any .. very long time of waiting ending is refund. IM SO DISAPPOINTED I WAISTED A LOT OF TIME IN THIS PRODUCT.

my capsules are pale orange and look diluted. Not the colour shown in ads or even on packaging? It says one gel per day and it’s 12mg but I just read on another review they agree they only contain 3mg astaxanthin per gel and to get 12mg a day you need to take 4 gels!! This is not on the packaging anywhere!!! Had to cancel credit card to stop recurring deliveries!! Nightmare

Marketing integrity

I’m giving 5 stars for Arlyn, the person that helped me today. This person was so kind & genuinely caring about my experience. If I come back to using your product, it’s because of Arlyn. Regarding the company, I would give 2 stars. Honestly, your marketing is very misleading to sell your product with the consumer believing it’s enough for 1 month and it’s only for 2 weeks. Can you tell me the logic behind this? It now costs $60 vs $30. I take many supplements but never have I purchased one that has only enough for 15 days. I did originally purchase buy 1 get 1 BUT then with my subscription I only get 1 for the same price. Not a good deal! Your product might be really good but those behind your marketing lack integrity.
