I tried the product and didn’t notice a difference. When I noticed another transaction on my credit card I wore to them to DISCONTINUE and DO NOT charge me for anymore. I just received notification from my bank that they tried charging my card at 2am. My bank declined and asked if I approved this transaction so I said NO. It’s a pain but my card has to be replaced and my current card is locked. Small price to pay I guess.

I was nervous calling customer service to cancel my subscription. Mickey was amazing. Very accommodating and helped me right away. All customer people should be just like him.

I did a one time purchase and now they are stating that I signed up for a subscription and I received a second bottle and was charged for it. I do not want their product, nor do I have a subscription. According to their website, my email does not have a subscription. I have been trying to cancel the subscription and get an authorization from them to return the second unopened bottle I received for a refund, but they are not communication with me at this time and will not send me an authorization for the return. They have sent me three emails trying to still keep me on my "subscription" that I do not have according to their website when I log in and I do not want their product--it did not work on me and actually made me ill and gave me headaches. I have tried to call their number and no one answers. I even canceled the auto payments they set up with PayPal and I filed a dispute with PayPal as well since they will not respond to me with an authorization to return the unopened product per their policy on their website.

This company has an excellent and caring customer service. Today, Monday, June 22, 2026 I contacted the company and spoke with Cheila; who, besides being very kind, she did a spectacular job in solving my problem quickly.

This product is fraudulent. It does not cleanse kidney nephrons as it claims. What's even worse is that you automatically enrolled in a subscription with no recourse other than to close out your credit card and have your financial institution issue you a new card. I've reported this company to the FTC. Unfortunately for leadership in the Whitehouse I don't think anything will ever be done because the orange turd is a fraudster himself.

The representative that helped me, Mickey, was very helpful in processing my request. I asked Mickey to suspend my subscription of the Lymphmatic Drainage capsules for 1 month. He answered my call very quickly
and was able to complete my request, suspending my order for 30 days. Thank you so much, Mickey!

I ordered online just the kidney pills, I tried to check out and it stated my ordered was not complete and listed a bunch of vitamins. There was no way to place my order without these vitamins. I stoped the transaction. I looked at my credit card and saw I was charged an additional $75 for the vitamins. I called customer service and hopefully the 75 charge will be taken off. After this I regret ordering from you.

FIRST OFF, Christina answered with a courteous , Positive and very pleasant greeting giving the customer a delightful, less stress approach to request the issue on hand. Most companies are negative assuming the customer is negative to start. The return issue was easy and understanding being Male and a senior. Christina did not know this at the start which did not change her customer service duties. So grateful for having to speak with her.
