Be careful, you will not get your money back, they mislead you
First of all - these are not hearing aids, but what it's called amplifies. When you use such devices you might turn your TV down to 10 from 50, but you would still struggle to hear conversations in noise.

They will come back promptly denying any connection to these names. However, when you purchase from them, their emails contain embedded links (newsletters, tracking, etc.), and following those links still leads to the older domains. They haven’t fully removed those connections.
If you search those names across platforms like Trustpilot, Google, and Facebook, you’ll find hundreds of one-star reviews. Many customers report the same pattern: either no refund at all, or only a partial refund—typically between 30% and 70% of what was paid.
Regarding communication, they will come back stating they treat every customer seriously, when people share their awful experience they come back stating they cannot find the order No, inviting to get in touch directly. This is their standard response patters. It makes it look they are on board to deal with customer issues. However, it is not true.
Responses tend to be polite but unhelpful, often repetitive and misleading, or they stop responding altogether. This is one of an AI models/templates they are using, to automate communication and it takes you around the circle. The usage of such models skyrocketed.
Also many reviewers looked into their whereabouts - this is a Chinese business, shipping from China. There is/are ware houses in the UK. Payments are done through Netherlands.
Basically it is a relatively well organised crime organisation scamming people quite successfully so far.
Baseline 45 days trial is misleading, you WILL not get your money back.

Refusal to Cancel and Lack of Transparency – Suspected Scam Seller
This SCAM is bigger than many customers anticipate.
And I have only paid for earplugs yesterday, however I have already had a numerous very interesting exchanges with this business.
4 hours after paying I have asked to cancel my order, under normal circumstances it is promptly done, UK businesses know the law.
They have refused. There was a lengthy exchange, AI written, full misinterpreted customer rights quotes from them, which would mean to confuse a buyer.
And they refused.
I asked for the company details - none provided, no UK registration, no address, no tel, no UKCA Certificate No, nothing.
However, the bank statement shows the transaction (my payment) with to SP Smart Hearing, ALMAAR NL 5795. It also shows an associated address Payglop 23, 1811 HM Alkmar, tel +31640183698.

Comfort in ear is good charging is simple and button information gets better as you understand how you want to establish sound etc for your own comfort .. well pleased .

Had my hearing tested and then decided to see on line what aids were available! Came across hear well and ordered a pair. What a difference they make and very happy with the price. The supplied videos helped me set them up and I am delighted. My wife is going to order a set now. Absolutely delighted with my new hearing aids
GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY
Saw these hearing aids advertised on Facebook and was sceptical. My wife has hearing issues and NHS waiting time is lengthy so decided nothing ventured....
The aids arrived promptly and it didn't take too long for my wife to figure the correct size ear pads and best fit. The effect on her hearing has been excellent, the tv volume is reduced by 6 or more settings and I no longer have to shout to be heard. They're comfortable to wear all day and battery life seems excellent.
Trying to order additional accessories is proving problematical at present so I've dropped a star for that. I'm waiting to see how the company resolves that.

Excellent support from the Hear Well team prior to and after receiving the hearing aids. Product easy to set up and use: significant improvement. Woukd recommend product.
Well worth the price
The hearing aids are well worth the price. You get five different size tips so there's bound to be a good fit. Charging in the box is easier than changing batteries.

Hi like I said before, these are the best aids I have come across so far for the money I am going to persevere with them, still have some issues keeping them in but I am trying different size tips, regards Mr Padden.

I had a pair of custom made to measure hearing aids from a major supplier yes they worked well but I did find them hot and itchy and after nearly 3 years one disintegrated not wishing to spend over another £3000 I thought I would try the pair on facebook what had I to loose , extremely pleased with them when they arrived took a few tries with different size cones on the left ear but got it right eventually very happy with result
