BEWARE!!!! I bought one, it came shattered in the box. Customer service was not helpful, said I would get a refund, which I did not! It might be a scam. Please be careful and rethink your purchase!!!

Wow, thank you all for posting your reviews. I saw their commercial and wanted to buy these as Christmas presents for my yoga instructors. Thank you so much for the heads up and I am so sorry for all that you have been going through with this scam of a company! I hope there was some way you can get your money back.

Very, very horrible customer service was overcharged with not stop the shipment as soon as I saw how much it was charge me. I did get ahold of some one. They said there was nothing they could do. Because my count was not pulling up. Because I had just purchased it. After that, no one answered. Glad I used a credit card so that I can dispute. Never, ever use a bank card.

I am very grateful for all the reviews given in hopes to save others from companies of people so wicked and seemingly protected. You saved me also. Thank you so very, very much.

My husband ordered give them his Gmail know answer called them know answer he want his money back or y'all will hear from my lawyer.

The product isn't what they make it out yo be. The cones don't last long at all and the smoke doesn't flow at all.
Would not recommend not Worth the money.

I ordered the waterfall plus extras for xmas presents cost $95. changed my mind right after paying. immediately tried to call, no answer from customer service. found the email address to send a cancellation request literally within 15 mins of ordering.
no reply. sent another e-mail and no reply the next day. finally sent a 3rd e-mail and got a reply saying the shipment is on the way. I was offered a $100 to keep the order and spend it at their shopify store.
I have lost trust, especially after reading the reviews. I should have done that first. I will update when I receive the order and the $100 GC.
10/20/23 I received the order. I am sending it back un-opened.

They set up auto pay and charged bogus charges when I tried to order one. I am trying to get the over $100 refunded back to my account and canceled the automatic payments.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I ordered the waterfall March of this year. It is October and I still have not received my order. Customer service is non existent. That’s $30.00 gone!

Biggest scam going. I hope you scumbags chock to death on the money you have scammed from hard working people. You scumbags are still advertising this fake crap on TV,??? Is calling the BBB to report you scumbags to real people. Do not buy this product it is a complete scam.

I purchased this about a year ago and I Wii’s to find out that there is no fragrance to any of these cones. Each one smells like something is burning, I do not recommend this product to anyone

Worked the first time then could not get it to work properly. Comes have no smell.
