Unbelievable steps to get a return label printed out.! First no connecting step after I filled out the “form” for returning. Then multiple emails and phone conversations saying instructions were mailed to my email address ( didn’t receive and not in my spam). Finally a text with an Hpps: link that only brought me back to the “form ” Finally realized they were stalling ( over 2 week period) and pursued until I found a regular address. Am mailing today. I wonder if I will receive my refund!

I bought a shirt and I was initially dissatisfied and I emailed customer service about my dissatisfaction. I got a quick response from them, they apologized and I received a very friendly customer service. Overall I am very satisfied.

This expensive T-shirt has neck opening so small that I have trouble getting it over my head. Also, its first laundering left it full of wrinkles. Am I expected to iron it?

Been 3 weeks. No tshirt, no responses to emails, no nothing. Took them less than 30 seconds to deduct the price of the shirt and shipping, though. Have had no communication with this joke of a place since my confirmation email. Stay away, don't be a dummy like me.

Scam. I payed a t-shirt but never arrived, nobody answer to my emails. No customer care, no products. A real scam!!! Don't buy from this site!

I ordered a crewneck sweatshirt and never received a confirmation email or anything. I started to get worried and the 'contact us' page never went anywhere. Saw the reviews here and thought, well I've been scammed. Then a few weeks later it arrived! Pretty decent quality. Confusing experience all round but I guess I'm one of the lucky ones

It's an excellent site, you just need to add some designs, can you see the designs of one of the stores in Redbubble named (FirnandArt) and increase them!

I ordered ONE shirt..total was about $30 including shipping. Hit the "order" button, and I suddenly paid for 3 shirts totaling $78. Non existent email and no customer service.Can't reach anyone.
FRAUDS.

I received my order from here in 4 weeks.. the shirts I ordered are nice. I did send several emails, they did not respond to them, I’m just happy I got my order.. Thank you!

This is NOT a legit company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I thought I researched but I guess I missed the mark. They took my money. Its been 3 weeks and No communication. No response to a fake email address. No track order despite a link. Click on anything and nothing opens. FAKE COMPANY.

I ordered a t-shirt five days ago. When I went to track my order, I found that their tracking system does not work. I emailed the company to inform them of their non-operational tracking button. Their customer service statement said that I would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours. It has been five days. Still no response. Hopefully, all is well, but right now I am at their mercy with no way of tracking the order.
