TSM Aquatics Reviews

I don’t trust any other LFS besides TSM for my saltwater needs. Picked up a six line from them and some food recently and it was absolutely seamless. Fish is happy and healthy due to their meticulous QT procedures.

I ONLY get my fish at TSM! Love these guys. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, and always answer all of my questions. They quarantine all of their fish for 30 days so you know you are getting only healthy fish with no ICK and no diseases. I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about raising healthy saltwater fish.

My fish arrived extraordinarily well packed, 20 pounds of water for 2 fish. They have all arrived extremely healthy. I am very pleased with TSM and would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have the skill set or knowledge to quarantine their livestock at home.

10/10. Awesome shipping and communication. Healthy fish with great quarantine process. I have purchased dozens of very experienced fish from several outlets. TSM is highly recommend. I will continue to use them without a doubt.

I pre-ordered two tangs and a wrasse that were still going through QT, and on the day they were scheduled to finish I received a call from TSM saying the gem tang needed to be kept longer because copper levels had fallen below therapeutic levels their first week. But the rep I spoke with was also concerned that the gem I chose was too small to fit well with the larger sailfin I also ordered and suggested I take a larger specimen they had that was ready to go that was closer to the same size so that there would be less chance of aggression/bullying. Very pleased with the care that TSM puts into not only ensuring that you receive quality, healthy fish, but also that those fish will be happy in their new environment and work well with your tank's other inhabitants. All three fish arrived perfectly packaged and in great condition. Fat, happy, and accepting all different kinds of food right out of the box. I will absolutely be giving TSM my business again.

Very happy with my order. Tsm also helped me out while my pre-order was quaratining and allowed me to add another fish that wasn't available when my original order was placed later on with no issues. Fish arrived safely, well packaged, and very healthy.

This is one of the best transactions I’ve had in the hobby. The folks at TSM were extremely communicative and the livestock I received were the healthiest I’ve ever purchased. They’ve made a long-term customer out of me for sure!

Simple and easy to contact and put together an order. Quick responses, even during off hours, & pick up is super easy, just give them a heads up prior so they can get the fish ready.

Your reputation of being the best is well deserved everything came in Healthy.

Awesome packaging of fish and Healthy fish!

Matt and Alicia are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the fish/coral industry. Both came from the Camden Aquarium where they learned everything that is needed to properly care for fish and corals. They are starting there own fish hatchery soon.

Don& Matt are the best! Very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Quality is top notch and always create a first class experience! Would recommend all day long. Keep up the good work!

Healthy good looking fish. Very well packaged. All fish eating the same day they were delivered.

As always, these guys are amazing. Their customer service and support is top notch, and their quality and expertise cannot be beat. I am always happy to shop with TSM and will continue to do so as long as I have a reef tank (so basically forever)

Fish and coral were beautiful. All eating and swimming great. The price wasn’t exceptionally high and with all fish surviving and extremely healthy I’m positive I saved money.

Excellent Customer service. Shipping schedule how I needed it. They answered all my questions and were very friendly.

I received 6 fish from TSM recently. First time ever using them. Wow. My fish looked like they are on steroids! The packing was fist class.

Beautiful fish, arrived in great shape and doing well so far. Worth the wait!

TSM Aquatics is the Bomb! The fish I received from TSM were superb healthy specimens. I had the pleasure of talking to a TSM representative on the phone and experienced exemplary customer service. Waiting for the fish to finish quarantine requires some patience but you know what they say,, good things come to those who wait.

Ordered two known to be finicky angelfish. They arrived in beautiful shape and eating well! Will be ordering the bulk of my fish from TSM!
