I am using the TS plus from last 5 years. Really very easy configuration best hosting server application. Specially session management, advance security setup imposed me a lot. Very easy to configure. Any one can manage easily. Thanks to TS Plus

Pour la location saisonnière de mon appartement, je fais appel à l'assistance d'une conciergerie pour les réservations. Ils m'ont demandé de créer des comptes chez Airbnb, Booking. Ne parvenant pas à cela, la conciergerie m'a proposé de prendre la main sur mon PC pour m'aider à finaliser mes comptes.

Je dois dire que leur intervention via Remote Support a été d'une grande aide ! En un clic, je pouvais accéder à Remote Support, il est en français ! J'ai donné les identifiants et mot de passe du logiciel de contrôle à distance et hop !

Ma conciergerie a finalisé mes comptes, sous mon contrôle ; j'ai pu comprendre où je m'étais trompée.

Nous avions essayé avant cela un dépannage par téléphone, c'était trop compliqué, prenait beaucoup de temps. Sincèrement, c'est vraiment une grande aide d'être dépannée à distance avec un outil aussi simple que TSplus Remote Support. Le prix est aussi très attractif, sans surprise contrairement à d'autres.

As a remote trainer, some students have difficulty connecting to the platform or completing certain activities. So I use TSplus remote support to help learners connect remotely. I show them, I stop and they do it again to make sure they can do it independently. I record the process so they can review it later if they need to. From a pedagogical point of view, TSplus RemoteSupport is also very useful.

For example, if a learner gets stuck in a software learning sequence, I can intervene, show, explain and ensure that my student can continue.

Another example: a learner needs to complete a learning activity but does not understand a concept. I can use this technology to provide pedagogical support. What's even better is that I can help several students at the same time! With one click, I can share a file or open a web page on the remote student's computer and answer their questions via chat. Appropriate remediation is provided at the right time. I gain efficiency, time and, most importantly, my students. This reactivity, made possible by the tool, contributes greatly to the commitment of my students to the training; it limits the number of drop-outs in distance learning. I find the video recording function very effective. It is an important traceability tool for revision. What I also like is the possibility to take over the control and to avoid them using the keyboard and the mouse, which avoids mistakes and saves us a lot of time. Finally, the tool is really easy to use, both for the person who takes control, either the technical department (LMS) or the teachers/remote trainers. It's even easier for the students to use, they don't have to install any software and their antivirus doesn't block us from connecting.

TSPlus has been a great product to provide cloud services and host any ERP application on the internet.
In Stack, it has provided us great value to provide services to our customers.

TSplus is the Best Ever Product I Ever used also Very Good and prompt Support.

Initially, I tried to use the Remote app from Windows directly, without using TSPLUS, but it is alot of work. I have been with TSPLUS since 2015 and multiple server licenses. It works great and they constantly improve it, coming out with Firewall, monitoring services. Support team has been great as well. Looking forward to their future products for years to come.

Great product with great support. We have been running TSPLUS for years and now with 2FA. We were so glad to have this product when the Covid Pandemic hit.

I have used TSPlus for many may years throughout my career.
There is nothing that MS RDSH can do, that TSPlus can't. I have used both extensively.
TSPlus, has more reasonable prices, malleable technology, greater security and security options which are more easily deployed, and I would argue greater compatibility with software's, to make it more than equal to MS RDSH and other competitors.

Great tool for designing RD systems. Very happy with it. Support is very good. Not just 'tootin their horn' here, it is an epic product if you know how to use it.

Installed it two days back. Looks good till now.
I would suggest that you should also make a video regarding minimum system requirements and Internet Ports that should be open etc. I faced trouble in doing this.

Amazing remote desktop and web access solution. A cost-efective software, easy to deploy and with a great support.
