I loved everything about Tubeat, I'm really sad that the service is ending. It's been such a pleasure to use it and to experience the fun and easy way of buying Korean goods! Hopefully Tubeat can make a comeback in some sort of way because it was perfect. Customer Service would always reply quickly and so polite and helpful too, they always went above and beyond to help solve any issues I had.

Hope to see Tubeat again later on or something, thank you for all of your hard work.

Everything so good

This warehouse is excellent. They answer really quickly to questions. They keep your purchase safely (and free of charge) until you decide to merge and ship. Many shipping options and always careful when packing and sending. Their communication toward clients is excellent, efficient and respectful. I never had a problem to receive from Korea to France.

I'm really sad they are closing.

So sad that Tubeat is closing! I used them for the past year and a half and they always had prompt service (buying products, packaging, shipping), responded to messages quickly, and packaged my items safely. One of the best proxy service I used for buying from Korea. They have always been kind to answer all my questions. Their packaging service is amazing as well. Now they have been closing down their services and I am sad about it. But I hope they come up with something more amazing in future.

The service is very good and fast and the commissions are very low. International shipping costs are also very accessible compared to other sites offering the same service. The only point to improve is the time it takes to register packages in your warehouse after their arrival.

Tubest is the best proxy I used in 4 years! Tubeat has a lot of offer besides your standard kaddy. They offer payment services to korean banks, buy product service and reliable warehouse services. The interface on the tubeat website is very helpful and unique compared to other Korean proxy services. The team always tries to help with questions and other request.

Happy to say that I've never received any bad service from Tubeat since using them for a year and a half. They're really quick with packing and shipping, service costs are cheap and reasonable, their customer service is top tier so I would recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good work!

Always the best Proxy! Loved using Tubeat so much!

Last year, Tubeat convinced me to switch to them after facing so many issues with a previous forward company. Their service was so fast! Packages were processed really quickly. I received shipping quotes within 2 days and parcels were shipped the same day of payment or the next day.

Now, the service is really slow and it’s actually worse than the previous forward companies I used. :-(
While the shipping rates are still the best, it’s not worth the long wait for me as I am using the service for my business. When ordering albums for my customers, they are now waiting way longer for their pre-orders.

They are stopping their service however. Probably because they can’t handle being a big forward service company.

The customer service is responsive to my query for my missing parcel and they managed to locate it for me eventually! Really appreciate their prompt assistance rendered! Tubeat is the best!
