The company cancelled the order as they decided we would not be satisfied with the product! Refund £10 short for some reason. Appalling customer service. A very unprofessional company producing overpriced products with slow delivery.
I should have read more online reviews.

What can l say except excellent service, help and postage etc.
I was looking for a island bed light duvet cover for hot weather. I believe it was Michelle l delt with. Amazing from 1st email, watap etc.so helpful. In end l got a off the self pre made duvet set delivered out straight away. Received next day.
Yes you have to wait normally as they are all made to order.
We ordered a complete set few years ago when we bought our 2nd MH. They knew all sizes etc straight away as all made to manufacture etc. Bought duvet duvet set sheet etc . Brill.
Now with hot weather 😍 decided to get a lighter one.
Michelle sent me info via email and pic by watap.

My son also uses you on there display models on there faith wheel company vehicles too. He Recommend you back a few years ago.
Why struggle getting sheets and duvet too try fit. Get them made. Our option if you going to buy a lush caravan or motorhome why not buy lush bedding too. Yes l am a customer not working for them lol

Sent wrong item, refused to issue refund, advised to say they upgraded what I wanted! I had no knowledge my order was being changed and had no chance to confirm the change or cancel the order. Avoid this company!

I am looking for 2 fitted sheets for a fairly standard transverse motorhome bed, I'm ignoring the penny.
£60 for a fitted sheet? I don't know what is worse these people charging these prices or the puppets paying and giving them a 5☆ rating. I can appreciate are higher price for a one off custom built. There are thousands of standard sized motorhome/caravan beds. I didn't buy and I wouldn't buy from them.

Ordered both a custom sheet and mattress protector, and have had the opportunity to at last use them. Very happy indeed with fit and quality feel especially of the fitted sheet.
Now we have bedding that actually stays on our caravan’s bed, and has a feel to match our new mattress. Happy days

We had two bespoke fitted sheets made for our motorhome bed last year and were so delighted with the quality of both the fabric and the workmanship, we ordered two more for our narrowboat bed. Very high quality cotton, beautifully presented. Would recommend them in a heart beat! ☺️

Ordered a mattress protector for my Buccaneer Barracuda. It couldn’t be more simply, just send your caravan make, model, year and jobs done. My protector arrived beautifully packaged with a nice card. It is very good quality and a perfect fit. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.

Ordered a mattress protector, topper, fitted sheet, duvet and duvet set. Finished to a very high standard. Lovely soft material. Looks great and fits so well. We we able to collect as live close to the company and the communications were good. Will be getting another set in due course.

Only when I checked out it said 4-5 weeks delivery so I cancelled to which I got a very rude director reply by email this company does not deserve any business I paid for order immediately but took several emails and 6 days for refund
A uk business or family business need to be more understanding or let the Chinese have it

Ordered fitted mattress protector and sheet for new motorhome. They arrived in the time scale indicated at the point of order. Very well made and perfect fit, thank you Lisa.

Highly recommend, the ladies did a great job of my caravan fitted sheets so easy to order very helpful nothing is to much trouble goes out of there way to help and loads of colours to choose from quality of the sheets number one,
They gave me a time frame of when I might get my sheets and they were spot on will definitely be using them again .

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. Their customer service is absolutely a joke.

At the point of ordering I hadn’t realised the long lead time on deliveries. I had an email conversation with Michelle who is a director of the company explaining I needed them earlier. She offered me a selection of alternative bedding sets which I could have sooner or to pay an additional charge to have a seamstress work overtime to complete. At no point did she advise I was still in their cancellation period if I wanted to refund.

24 hours outside of their cancellation period I asked could I refund to be told no. The reason she gave was they had already cut the fabric for my bedding.

I find this explanation doubtful for the following reasons:
1. I ordered and spoke with Michelle on Thursday. Under their own terms I could cancel on the Friday. This means, knowing that I was considering the best way forward she must have arranged for fabric to be cut on the first working day Monday for it to be already cut when I tried to cancel on Tuesday. Why?
2. The additional charge was the same if I wanted them made earlier when I spoke with Michelle on Wednesday even though there was less work to be done as according to her they had already cut the fabric. Or had they?
3. They claim the set I choose is their best selling one. If so, why couldn’t they simply sell to another customer?
4. The exact same bedding sets which is available on Dunelm. They even use their marketing pictures. So just how bespoke is this? (Pictures attached)
5. When I attempted to follow up with Michelle to find a solution it was clear she wasn’t interested. For her it’s all about grabbing what money she can.
6. I don’t normally leave reviews, especially for small businesses and especially because the initial error was mine (not seeing the delivery period). The treatment by Michelle has left such a sour taste that I felt compelled to warn anyone else thinking of purchasing from this company and I haven’t even received the product yet.

I placed an order for a fitted bed sheet for our caravan. I didn’t realise until after placing the order that I hadn’t factored in our mattress topper! Tuck Me Under were so helpful and accommodating- I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!

Excellent quality. Really good fit for our island bed. Well packaged. Would certainly recommend.

We needed a fitted sheet and mattress protector for our new caravan that has an island bed but like many - curved at the foot. We provided details of our caravan and the measurements of the bed, as clearly set out on the website and in a very short space of time received a perfectly fitting protector and sheet. The service and the quality was excellent.

I have used this company for summer and winter bedding, I have been unsure what size I needed and they have helped me no end. I have the tuck me under sets and they are great and make the bed look so tidy and neat.
