Arrived quicker the expected. Was very nicely packaged and protected. Also very sweet to receive a note inside the package as it made me smile a lot.

I placed an order on Friday and have just had my delivery today Sunday! I am still shocked.

Tuftbox runs a clear and informative website. Delivery was prompt and I enjoyed the mini-pack of Hairdos. What's not to like?

Extremely good website to navigate, great prices and clear and concise. Superfast delivery and packaged so well.

I am happy with the punch needle it is a good quality needle & makes beautiful punch needle embroidery. Tuftbox give sound information on their website about the products they sell. Thanks 😊

I made a mistake in my order. I emailed the team and they helped me sort it out quickly. Speedy delivery and I’m so pleasantly surprised by the thoughts that have gone into packing the items! Tuftbox even included a sweet little note to wish me best luck (I was buying supplies for a craft hen do!) It went so well! I was nervous about getting the wrong size of punch needles for the yarn I’m getting. Thanks to Tuftbox I made an informed purchase because of the very well written product descriptions on the Tuftbox website.

Speedy friendly service at a good price and quality.

Also a nice touch was the hand written note from Meg, much appreciated. Julie.

Ordered some Latex rug glue as trying to restore an old wool rug my mum and dad made years ago. Was suggested Tuft Box website by a friend. Found it easy to use and informative on the different options and products available.
Easy to use, fair price, also found a 10% discount code. Fast delivery and a lovely little hand written note in the box from Meg wishing Merry Xmas. Great personal touch, inspired me to write this review and recommend a great experience top to bottom.
