This is a great product. It does take a little time to get used to the process, including the proper height setting, but once this is dialed in, it picks up debris and pet hair. Your lawn will look like the day it was installed!

Works great easy to assemble

The Turfmatic 380 sweeper is the best sweeper we've used so far. It works quite well, and is essentially also self propelled due to the spinning spiral brush.

I absolutely love this Turfmatic. I’ve had Turf for 10 years and just now heard about it. I wish I had known about it before. Anyone that has Turf absolutely needs this product. It has made my Turf look brand new. Now I’m adding Turf in my front yard because I know I can maintain and keep it looking beautiful with my new Turfmatic. And it is so easy to put together and use. It’s not heavy at all so I can pick it up to move it to the garage.

I bought a 380 machine less than a year ago from Turfmatic EU in The Netherlands. I used it once a month for a small backyard.
Last week the motor blew up. I tried to get in contact, but they're not replying, and the other email address on the website is not receiving emails.
I'm very dissatisfied with the (not) service.

The delivery of the Turmatic 600 was fast. When I received the unit, the corner of the rear deflector was bent but it would have been too much trouble to get a replacement machine. It did not affect the performance, so I let it be. I just took a large crescent wrench and bent it back the best I could. The machine itself works well. I got this model because my turf was severely matted down in the high traffic areas. It did a fair job in fluffing up the blades of grass, not to new appearance, but much better than before. But I attribute that to my delayed maintenance and not as a fault of the machine. I should have bought one of these machines long time ago. One feature that I like is that the machine will brush right to the edge of the turf. I am a senior and not as strong as I use to be, so I wish the unit was a little smaller in size as it is a bit fatiguing to use because have a large area to brush. When brushing, the unit throws the fill backwards onto my shoes and into my pool when brushing near the pool. Unfortunately, I have to brush that direction because of the grain of the turf. Perhaps Turfmatic could design a deflector made of flexible rubber to help the debris from kicking back too much. I may try my own hack after the warranty expires.

Having these needed to be plugged in is a big down fall

I purchased a Turfmatic Australia product and followed their usage guidelines exactly as outlined in their product documentation. Despite this, the equipment failed after only light use within the first 3 months.

When I attempted to contact the company to troubleshoot the issue, I found that their Gmail address is not accepting incoming emails — meaning there is no way to even begin a conversation about a warranty claim or fault resolution.

I strongly do not recommend purchasing any equipment from Turfmatic Australia. If you happen to receive a faulty unit, be aware that the company appears to have no functional customer support channel. You will be left with a broken product and no avenue for help.

Buyer beware.

Do not Buy this product . Keeps cutting out only had it 3 days and customer services replied twice and when I asked for it to be returned they have not replied back again for over 2 weeks . Now i am stuck with a product that does not work . Shocking product and the worst customer services I have dealt with .

Tried a few other products this was the easiest to use and did the best job of picking up smaller items.

The Turfmatic 380 sweeper is not very heavy, works very well, and the spiral brush design also makes it essentially self propelled too. It sweeps up leaves and acorns very well. The handles fold, allowing for compact storage. The sweeper also comes with a 12 month warranty. It's the best turf sweeper we have tried thus far.

The product is well constructed. Functions exactly as I expected and does the job very nicely.
Delivery was quick, and the purchase seamless.i can definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking to maintain or install synthetic grass.

I emailed Turfmatic for a return. I have not heard back yet. I also inquired about a manual push sweeper.

Machine does brush/sweep well, but it does not have a good seal between the bag itself and the machine. Much of the debris you sweep up falls back on the ground. This is very annoying.
