Turnkey Point Reviews

I ordered a Win 8.1 license for a 10 year old HP that had disk crashed. The product key came immediately via e-mail. Also instructions on downloading the Win8.1 media. These instruction included a "Chat" icon which I used 3 times during the install process. I got the same tech each time (good for both of us) and we worked through some pretty thorny problems related to the 11 year old architecture of my PC. Bottom line: as stress free as I could expect and my wife now has a functional computer once again.

Excellent service, incredible pricing. Thank you! Canada here, loved communicating with your team in Spain.

I was having computer trouble and Emelio not only helped me get the information I needed to install the Office 13 Professional Plus, but walked me through each step! I highly recommend Turnkey Point specifically because of their wonderful tech support.

I've been hunting around looking to purchase Microsoft Office for Mac as a one off purchase for a 1 year course I was doing (and couldn't justify £119.99 from Microsoft to buy it, even as an adult student). I found Turnkey Point and was so pleased with the price for Office for Mac 2021 for £26, it was quick and straightforward to buy (they accept PayPal) and I received the product key instantly and successfully downloaded the software with no problems. I originally thought with the price it was too good to be true, but after reading the many reviews I'm very happy and would highly recommend Turnkey Point :)

I purchased the Microsoft Office Pro 2016 key and it installed and validated perfectly.

I have not used Turnkey before but I would certainly recommend and use in future.

Great price!

As an ex Senior Microsoft Certified Trainer who so often comes across appalling IT customer service on the Internet both in terms of knowledge and how to support, it was a delight especially after being very suspicious and quite vary of buying lower priced MS software, to find a company such as Turnkey Point that actually offers what it purports to do on it's website. Even though once teaching most of MS Office and server systems over the years, still was using MS Office 2010 and being retired for 10 years simply just wanted Word and Outlook that was up to date, worked and not have to pay for applications I would never use now - so I chose MS Office 2021. Instructions and process to received and activate I thought (having written commercially for Microsoft Training Labs) was very good but an issue of the key not being recognize did at first make me think "Oh no, not again" but the support person via their CHAT system, who I got through pretty much instantly and very unlike me to say publicly, I was very impressed with their high level of knowledge, speed, obvious intelligence and considering now a doddery old fart was very patient and sorted the issue out for me. I have as best I can, done a quick check and found that all the software (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc) which I expect I will never use, run fine. In my opinion 2021 is much smoother, faster and a far better user experience than the versions in my time. Thus, I am quite happy to recommend Turnkey Point as a company to purchase much reduced costing Microsoft software that actually works.

Just purchased a 2021 Office Pro key and downloaded it without any issues. Highly recommend using Turnkey and would absolutely shop here again.

How do you improve on perfection.

Excellent Work The customer service is good. Value for Money

I bought an Office key. At first the installation didn't work so I contacted chat support. They were helpful and patient. They had me retry the installation and it worked after that!

I received the product super fast! Everything went smoothly, 100% hassle free! I definitely recommend the company.

My recent upgrade to Office 2016 on my Windows 8.1 laptop was a journey not without doubt and fear. I consulted with help sites, asked many questions, then made my purchase.

On installation, the Turnkey Point support team provided the best after-sale customer support I have ever experienced: calm, courteous, competent, and willing to go the distance to get my software installed and running. Their help is greatly appreciated.

I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted a version of office for normal use without paying a subscription. I decided on Turnkey because of other reviews. You can trust the products are legit. I received my product key immediately after purchase. I downloaded office 2019 and had a problem with the key. I contacted Turnkey via email and received a response within 5 minutes. I was given a new Product Key after troubleshooting with customer service and problem was resolved.

Good experience with a unfortunate problem. The 1st product code I received did not work. Granted, it could have been a mistake I made installing the MS Office product. But Customer Service patiently walked me through the problem. When it was apparent that it wouldn't work they sent be a replacement code after verifying that I hadn't activated the original. Thank you so much! Rick

I purchased an Office suite. When I tried to install a message came up stating that the product key had reached it's limit. I used the contact us web chat and William Cid responded.

He was able to know what the problem was and therefore provided me with another product key. It worked immediately at installation. I give a thumbs up to Turnkey Point and especially William. Very patient person.

I purchased a download of Office 2013, and a product key. Both were provided immediately. When I performed the installation, the software would not activate using the provided key as it had reached it's limit of uses. I contacted Turnkey Point support via chat, and William Cid tested the key, and determined that it was, if fact, at it's limit. He immediately provided me with a replacement key, and after I removed and reinstalled Office 2013 wit the new key, it works perfectly. Service could not have been better!

I am really satisfied with this company in terms of service, product availability and prices. They have fast and easy ways to buy their products and make sure to give the best in customer service if you have any issues. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

After buying the product, i was not able to install the MS office due to bad internet connection. I sent a message to customer service and i got the response from Rafael within 5 minutes and resolved the issue. Best customer service.

Keep up the good work.

Purchased Office Professional Plus 2021 for less than £20. Emailed a query beforehand and received very polite and professional response from Rafael almost immediately. From ordering to using took approx 5 minutes and could not have been easier - am delighted with purchase and more than happy to recommend.

I purchased Office 2016 for Mac and received an email immediately with the activation code and instructions. The program loaded and works perfectly. UNBELIEVABLE VALUE FOR THE PRICE !
