Really helpful support team and a smooth fix
Had an issue and TutorLMS support team was quick to respond and very thorough.
They guided me through every step, from checking themes and caching to cleaning up database settings. They were patient, clear, and genuinely wanted to help me solve the problem.

Tutor is good, but its grading option is very poor.
The tutor is good, but the grading option is very bad. I think after 3 years of using it, they should improve this section.

Prompt, friendly support – even if the native eCommerce still has some issues
I really appreciate how quickly and kindly Maizul responded to my support request. He identified and fixed a major issue with my course overview page caused by TutorLMS’s native eCommerce system, and his communication throughout was friendly, professional and helpful.
Unfortunately, the cart still displays multiple times on the page, which seems to be a compatibility issue with my theme (Avada). Maizul pointed me in the right direction to investigate this further.
However, I’ve decided to switch to WooCommerce instead – simply because it works out of the box without requiring further troubleshooting on my end. At this stage, I don't want to spend more time, energy, and nerves trying to resolve additional layout or compatibility issues.
Still, I’m grateful for the support – it helped me move forward with my site, and the tone and timing of the help were excellent.

Robust, Evolving, and Well-Supported LMS Platform
TutorLMS is a truly impressive WordPress plugin for building online courses. It offers a wide range of features — from an intuitive course builder to quizzes, assignments, monetization options, certificates, and more. It’s powerful, flexible, and constantly improving.
I use TutorLMS with WooCommerce and Weglot to offer multilingual courses. While I initially encountered some challenges with the native eCommerce engine (particularly in multilingual scenarios), I appreciate that it’s a relatively new feature, and the team is clearly investing in its long-term development.

Tutor LMS is a great platform
Tutor LMS is a great platform, and the customer support team is patient and fantastic as well.
As a Divi user, I’d like to suggest some areas for improvement. Specifically, we need more detailed video tutorials that cover the full development process of an LMS site using Divi + Tutor LMS. The existing documentation is helpful but not comprehensive enough for a complete build.
That said, overall, it’s a solid product!
