Am 8.12. bestellt, am 9.12. storniert.
Da hieß es, die Bestellung sei unterwegs.
Am 13.12. bekomme ich eine Nachricht mit einer Trackingnummer, die nicht funktioniert. Dann die Benachrichtigung, das Paket sei in einem Paketshop abgegeben worden. Dieser Shop ist laut Google 10 km entfernt.
Also, Danke. Paketshop sollte eine Option sein, kein Muss. Ohne Auto käme ich da gar nicht hin.

Legit a Scam, no way to contact them their emails are a dud bounced back, the phone number for Carol is so silly she never answers. the address of where it comes from is different each time. it took so long for them to ship and i swear their stuff is from temu. Make it better and make it make sense for your customers.

Don’t buy from them. It took 2 months for me to get my order when it was supposed to take a week. It was going to be a birthday present…

I tried contacting them on the website, email, Facebook and instagram but they don’t reply. I want a refund.

An absolute scam.
I ordered a jug, money was taken. A month later, no shipping details, order still says “awaiting fulfilment” I’ve sent numerous emails, I got a response on my third attempt to say “sorry, it was shipped 2 days ago” 2 weeks later, nothing. Sent 5 more emails and enquiries through customer service. Radio silence.

I ordered these two gorgeous wine glasses online And got them within 2 weeks. Loved them

Ordered the Lollipop Glasses, took over a month to receive (didn't even get given a tracking number). Half arrived broken, emailed about replacements. No responses. Follow up email, received an apology and that new glasses will be sent out. Still nothing. Followed up a month later for just a refund because not getting them to then have a apology sent to me.
It has been 5 months and all I have is broken glasses, no replacements, no refund, nothing

The tumbler I ordered is beautiful. My two companions who were here when I opened the parcel are jealous. Just what I was looking for. A treat to drink from such a lovely tumbler.

I've ordered a product March 11 and received a confirmation email, but there was no follow up to the email about shipping. I emailed customer service twice, reached out through Instagram. Finally got a reply to say my product is being made, but once again, still no idea when I'm getting my order. It's been a month. This is the kind of site that has beautiful imagery and sucks you in with anesthetics, but there's not a lot of substance to it.

The products are lovely but what stood out was the service.
One of my glasses arrived broken. I emailed a photo through, and a replacement was sent out very quickly.

I ordered two of the lollipop fun & colourful coupes and one arrived broken. I was sent out a new one and it also arrived broken.

I love the lilac Bulle mug I bought. It’s very good quality, a good size and looks so cute! I have it on my desk at work and get so many compliments.

Ok so this company had a vase i really wanted but needed in time for a birthday on Saturday (so 4 days away) I couldn’t find an express shipping option just free standard shipping so write a note asking if they would try deliver it by Saturday not thinking they would read it. Well to my surprise I got a personalized email from them the next day saying they would get it to me by Saturday and they saw my note. My beautiful vase arrived on the Thursday beautifully packaged and they even sent it express post. Honestly little things like this make me really appreciate a small business like this going out of their way to help someone. I will be shopping with them religiously from now on- I can’t thank them enough!!!
