We asked for support, they removed us from their platform
I originally gave this team a 5-star review, and at the time it was fully deserved. The level of support and service at the beginning was excellent.
Unfortunately, things have changed significantly.
I’m currently running a channel that includes paid content, which is now accessible for free to anyone who signs up. This is a serious issue, especially as the content belongs to artists who expect it to be protected and monetised correctly. I’ve raised this and several other concerns multiple times over the past couple of months, but they remain unresolved.
Being told that there are other clients to deal with is not an acceptable response. Every client should be treated with equal importance, particularly when the issue directly impacts revenue and trust. This situation risks damaging not only my platform, but also the confidence of the artists and users who rely on it.
Response times have also slipped far beyond the originally stated 24–48 hours, with repeated follow-ups going unanswered.
I supported this company early on and made every effort to communicate issues constructively. However, being consistently ignored over matters of this severity is extremely disappointing.
I’ve chosen to keep my original 5-star review visible so others can clearly see the contrast between the service then and the service now.

TV App Builder has removed our channel following our repeated attempts to obtain support for a critical issue that was never resolved. Despite multiple emails over the past few days, we have yet to receive a meaningful response.
Over the past four months, we have invested significant time and effort into building our channel and onboarding artists. At the time of removal, the platform included multiple clients actively trying to sell their work, but were unable as the tracks were open for all. Alongside ongoing discussions with bands, singers, promoters, and production companies.
Initially, TV App Builder provided a strong service. However, this declined when a serious issue arose whereby paid content was left openly accessible. This created a clear risk to both our business and the intellectual property of the artists on our platform. As a result, we sought support as a matter of urgency.
In your previous response below, you referenced that I had contacted your team 587 times, you have since removed that comment. It is important to put that figure into context. Those messages represent both early-stage feedback where I was actively helping identify issues within the platform, and ongoing attempts to have a serious security flaw addressed after it became clear that paid content was exposed.
Rather than reflecting negatively on us, those 587 messages highlight the lack of timely response and resolution to a critical issue that required your quick intervention. Backend issues of this nature cannot be resolved by the user and rely entirely on the platform provider to address.
Support exists for situations exactly like this. The failure to resolve the issue over an extended period of over 6 weeks, followed by the removal of our channel, is both unprofessional and concerning.
It is also important to note that imagery associated with our platform has been used on your sales materials without our permission.
The removal of our channel has directly impacted a growing group of artists who trusted us to provide a secure platform for their work. This situation affects not only our business but the livelihoods and confidence of those creators.
We strongly encourage this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally.
