Fantastic service my hifi system arrived 3 days before the original delivery date . I had a few questions previous to buying and they replied within minutes. The system its self is roxel pulse and it has surpassed my expectations the Bluetooth h connected faultlessly as did the WiFi ( that took me a few minutes as I'm not great with tech stuff) but got there eventually. The dab radio is crystal clear as is the cd player and my mp3 player streams perfect to it, it connect to my turntable at the push of a button and I can't believe my ears as to how clear the old vynil sounds fantastic i would highly recommend this item and the company who were as good as there item Brilliant... Thank you very much 👍 John....

I ordered a gorgeous Roberts Revival Uno radio on eBay. It was carefully delivered by DPD in perfect condition. I excitedly opened the box and then realised I had ordered the wrong model.
I called TVA Tech and spoke to a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman called Ed. He reassured me that it wasn’t a problem and that he would help me exchange my purchase for the Roberts RD70 radio (a larger and, in my opinion, more user friendly model).
I packaged up the Uno radio and posted it back to TVA Tech. On receipt, Ed checked it, called me to confirm and posted out the RD70 on the same day. DPD again delivered quickly (the following day), safely and in the 1hr time window provided.
I opened the box to find my DREAM Roberts RD70 Radio not only looked beautiful, it was incredibly easy to set up and very user friendly, and it sounds amazing!!!
I can’t thank Ed enough for his fantastic customer service, his kind and honest advice about the 2 year warranty on all Roberts radios, his quick stock check, and his clear instructions on the phone and over email. Thank you for helping me with my exchange from start to finish Ed, I am beyond delighted with my new purchase!

Ordered a Denon RCDN12DAB absolutely stunning little unit with a real punch and delivery was excellent and fast , I'll be after a sub next so will be getting one from these people, very happy chappy here.

nuarkaudio remote works fine however the price was high, £24.50 whilst ruark sell them for £14.99 plus a bit of postage, unfortunately they were out of stock

However, I was really impressed by the overall service from placing my order to the door delivery, including using a reliable delivery service. Ordered a Roberts radio from TVA Tech via Amazon. First class service, was updated on delivery process almost immediately. They had the radio shipped via DPD next day delivery and it arrived early that morning after I’d been notified previously. I’m really pleased with the speed, the packaging quality and the service.
