Absolute time wasters!! Don’t book if you value your time. Booked an appointment a week in advance and was given a window 2hrs for engineer to come and do the job. On the arranged day waited for so called engineer. 2hrs later, no sign of engineer. I called to find out and was told don’t worry job will be done today. Asked for an indication of estimated eta and was told to wait a further 2hrs. After a total of 4hrs waiting and cancelling my own appointments I was told it can’t be done. Total cowboys, time wasters!! Again, if you value your time, don’t bother

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the experience. Waiting 4 hours and having your day disrupted is completely unacceptable, and we fully understand your frustration.
On this occasion, an earlier job overran significantly and we were unable to make your appointment in time. We should have communicated this more clearly and proactively, and we didn’t. That’s on us.
We did reach out to offer a discount and a priority morning slot the following day, but we respect that this wasn’t sufficient given the inconvenience caused. We hope to have the opportunity to make it right.

Great company. I called on Thursday, my tv was hung by noon on Friday. Alex, the installer, went out of his way to help. Highly professional and efficient.

I had a 77 inch TV and a soundbar mounted to the wall with trunking. First time I have had this done and the results are fantastic. Well worth getting a professional installer who knows what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Prompt, great service and excellent work!
I called TV masters late on a Thursday to fix my new TV onto the wall after a competitor let me down. Alex was the only TV bracket specialist to ask for photos before he could confirm if he could do the job. I received a call the same evening to say he could fit the bracket and TV to the wall at 8am the next morning! Exceedingly professional and knowledgeable Alex spent 2hrs ensuring that the TV fitted perfectly and was set up correctly. He was also cheaper than his direct competitors. Excellent professional

Excellent service from TV Masters, the engineer was able to adapt an existing television bracket to accommodate a new tv at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend using TVMasters.

Their engineer came on the same day, very professional, went above and beyond to make sure our TV's were also working properly. Very pleased with the service both customer service and engineer who visited! Cant recommend them enough!

This company is amazing!!!
This company is amazing!!!! the gentleman (I wish I remembered he’s name) that came to my house to mount my tv up on the wall was so well mannered and friendly he did an absolutely INCREDIBLE JOB!, the quality of the work was of a very high standard, he was very clean and went above and beyond for me showing me how to use my new tv and just doing little extra things he didn’t need to do.
The communication with the company in particular with someone called Max was great they were very informative got straight back to me when ever I contacted them answered all my questions and was so friendly. The price was so good worth every penny. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants a very high standard of work you won’t regret it!

TV masters were very professional and helpful trough the whole process, after about a month having the TV installed on the wall I decided to paint, TV masters were kind enough to return to take the TV off the wall and put it back up on the wall once the painting was done completely free of charge! I will highly recommend them!
