Unforgettable company retreat & team building in Batam!
Our company retreat and team-building trip from 10 to 11 January 2025 in Batam was an absolute blast, even though it rained throughout! With 46 of us gathered for a 2-day, 1-night adventure, the weather didn’t dampen our spirits one bit – all thanks to the incredible planning by TV Workshop.
The team-building activities were the highlight – rain or no rain! TV Workshop came up with creative indoor games that got everyone involved, laughing, and working together. The team spirit we built during this trip is something we’ll carry with us back to work.
Despite the weather, this retreat was a huge success, and we all came back refreshed, recharged, and closer as a team. A big thank you to TV Workshop for being such pros and making sure everything was enjoyable no matter the circumstances. Highly recommend them for any company retreat – rain or shine, they deliver!

Engaged the Team building professionals for a 2D1N corporate getaway at Batam, Indonesia in Nov2024. Everything was well planned right from the beginning. Emile's detailed quotation, event itinerary, close status follow ups as well as attentive hospitality was second to none.
Kudos to the Team members: @Dian, the Teambuilding facilitator lead, who raised the spirit of 28pax of us with average age of 50's, we had a blast during the entire 3hour session.
Well done @Marry, the overall mandarin speaking guide, who actually went for the extra mile for us early in the morning, to sort out a last-minute urgent departure for our colleague with family emergency issue. She was highly attentive, constantly reminding us on the itinerary schedule.
Overall, it was such a wonderful & worry-free experience working with Emile & his team. well-deserved 5 stars excellence.

We recently participated in a drumming team-building activity led by TV Workshop Asia, and it was an outstanding experience! They are truly good at organizing event…
They are truly good at organizing event and everything is go as plan.
I want to highlight few parts that impress me, first is on the planning stage where Emile and team fulfill our needs and requirement, we are satisfied of his prompt follow up service.
Second part, they are good at hosting and we have so much fun on enjoying the warm up session and the game, the complimentary tea break is amazing too.
Third, although we didn’t request, but it’s nice to have someone to take the photo and video along the trip and we truly amazed by the service because the photographer is following us to the paintball field!
Although there are some small improvement still needed, but overall we are impressed and happy with the service.

Unique activity, easy communication during set-up, great facilitation. Two thumbs up!
The video-making team bonding workshop was absolutely enjoyable. We were hesitant to choose this activity because majority of us are shy to appear in camera but Emile and his team assured us that not all of us need to appear in front of, and there are different roles to play in making a commercial.
So the reason why we chose the activity and TVworkshop boiled down to how unique the activity was, how it enables our team to collaborate, and how easy it was to talk and plan the whole activity with Emile. We liked how flexible he was with our company needs and also really reassuring.
As promised to us, the whole workshop was expertly facilitated, and we didn't have to worry about anything, and that allowed us to tap into our creativity while having fun. We highly recommend booking your team bonding activity with TVworkshop, really worth it.

Shooting Range Batam
TVWorkshop did an amazing job organizing and facilitating us when I booked the Shooting Range Batam package in October 2023. We were picked up from the ferry terminal by Galih who was also one of our shooting instructors that day.
I highly recommend this package for Singaporeans who wish to experience shooting whether for sporting or recreational purposes, and especially to add on the sniper rifle package.
They can offer a complete experience of handguns, submachine guns, assault rifles and sniper rifle. The submachine guns and assault rifles are the real deal and come with the fun switch.
The equipment available was exactly as the package promised (HS-9, Sig MPX, Steyr AUG A3, AK-101 and Steel Core Designs Cyclone). Additional equipment may appear depending on availability.
You can shoot up to a distance of 100 meters, and paper or steel targets are available.
Whether you are a novice shooter or an experienced shooter looking for an exciting course of fire with the exotic equipment, there are highly experienced shooting instructors to accomodate your needs.
Thanks to the fact that this package takes place on Batam, the possibility of this being a single day activity exists and is very valuable.
So I offer a huge thanks to TVWorkshop for the amazing experience, I am thoroughly impressed they could make it all happen.
