I just needed my worn out, aluminium, sliding back door replaced. My neighbours recommended TWC.

Can Joseph Heaton please arrange the sewerage pipes repairs to the new build you carried out resolved. Evidence provided so under your guarantee the repairs need to be carried out, your office person seems to be playing games. This whole situation is causing me health issues and if something isn't resolved within the next week I will start legal proceedings. Disgusting to treat customers like it.

Thank you for your message, and for your patience while this was looked into properly.
We have now had this issue reviewed independently by both Building Control and our own independent compliance assessor. Both have confirmed that the sewerage pipe issue you have raised is not related to the work we carried out on your build. I appreciate this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but I want to be clear and transparent with you about the findings rather than leave the matter open.
Our guarantee remains fully in place, but it covers the products we installed and the workmanship relating to that installation — it does not extend to the underlying drainage/sewerage infrastructure, which independent assessment has confirmed to be unrelated to our work. If you would like, I'm happy to arrange for copies of the Building Control and compliance findings to be sent to you directly so you have this in writing.
I do also want to raise, directly but respectfully, that this is now the fourth 1-star review you have left for us regarding this matter. I understand you're frustrated and I don't doubt this situation has been stressful, but I'd ask that we deal with this through direct conversation rather than repeated public reviews while we're actively trying to resolve it with you.

Conservatory Conversion
Phase 1 of our Conservatory to Orangery conversion started this week and so far so good - super impressed by the workmanship and efficiency of the build team led by Kelvin, with support from Steve, Mark and two very willing apprentices Matty and Jack. Communication was good, they arrived promptly and were polite and engaging throughout. Not only did they work hard and efficiently as a team, but they also left the area tidy and safe when they finished which is particularly important to us having 4 dogs that use the garden. Great buying experience
So far the buying experience has been great,Dave Dunphy spent plenty of time with us going through all the options and even travelled out to the Swindon show room to meet us there to show us in person what he was talking about, now we are in a WhatsApp group with all the relevant people from TWC so we are completely in the loop about the next steps, very happy.

Friendly staff who kept us informed on delivery etc. Good pricing and value for money. There was a miscommunication with the order which was smoothed over very quickly and the company went out of their way to resolve this. I didn’t realise what a chaotic industry windows & doors could be until I needed my entire house done. TWC cut through the chaos, were brilliant in their communications, timing (installed earlier than planned), and rectifying unforeseen issues (there were a couple of genuine mistakes on the order come the fitting day but there was no drama or fuss, it all just got sorted and everyone I met was a professional, kind and just great people. Highly recommend TWC!

Endangered Lives of School Children
TC Carpentry have been conducting work at 106 White Eagle Road in Swindon recently. Today, 24 June 2026 at 0830 in the morning they parked their vans totally obstructing both the pavement and the dropped pedestrian crossing point, creating a dangerous situation for pedestrians, many of whom were school children on the way to Orchid Vale School in the morning. This has been reported to Wiltshire Police with photographic evidence.

Fantastic aftercare
Fantastic aftercare. I contacted TWC for a quote to my house for windows and doors to which a sales chap came over and explained everything slowly and clearly for me which was very helpful. I took up a great offer and within 4 weeks i had the installers here who done an amazing job. (They even hoovered up for me) There were 2 snagging items and within a week they were rectified without being pursued or hounded for payment until the work was fully done. I cannot honestly remember the last time i had felt like an actual valued customer as like TWC had treated me. Thank you.
