I regularly take Rhubarb Complex, which definitely helps with IBS. Recently I've been taking the beetroot capsules, and my blood pressure is now a little lower. Also turmeric, which seems to have helped with a slight pain in my knee - now disappeared; so I've got my sister onto them too.
I don't know how efficacious they all are but I believe they work for me. At 72 I don't yet need any medication so I'm happy!
