Absolute scam ordered a 12 month supply (12 serums) for nearly £400 and got sent 3
Been emailing the support email for months and no one is getting back to me

I got the hair serums about 5-6 months ago. And this has made a massive change to the density of my hair.

I used to use the rosemary oil and stuff but this enhanced hair serums has made a huge difference. Once in the morning and once in the evening. The key is to be consistent with it.

Sooo happy with the serum. I purchased the enhanced hair regrowth serum from these guys after doing some research a few months ago. My hair has already gotten thicker and can see more hair on my scalp now. I feel a million times more confident in public and would recommend anyone else who is suffering from hair loss to give their hair regrowth serum a try.

I tried other products before but the TwentyOneAgain hair loss serum made a noticeable difference!!! My skin was starting to show in my crown and after 4-5 weeks I can barely see my skin in the crown and my hair is a lot thicker :) would defo recommend

Very bad customer service. Inconsistent number of bottles provided. Leakages. Overpriced. Can't get through to anybody on the phone. Not sure if the product has been working. I hope it has been.

I used 3 bottles serum,around 3 months but in my case no result. Was recomended from a hair centre after steroids injections on scalp. I have alopecia. For me was waste of money and time on both cases.

Paid for 6 month supply - 6 bottles, but only one bottle arrived with a note detailing supply issues. Stated the rest of my order would arrive in the coming weeks.. 4 weeks later the rest of my order arrived. Their website says next day delivery but it’s not, their customer service didn’t reply to 2 emails chasing my order, and for the price - I’d look at their competitors. Poor customer service/ general service, I won’t be ordering again from them.

Not received my serum i have tried emails live chat for 2 days still no reply what so ever very poor customer service you cannot get in touch with this company by phone no phone number on anything to contact them very suspicious and might contact authorities to see if legit

customer service won't talk to me about missing order

Last year the company was brilliant. They gave me so much bottles this year the company was awful. They sent me 12 bottles which is not gonna last me up to a year. I requested to have 15 more bottles. Their manager refused and said no I paid £387 out of my account which they took out. It was an embarrassment and the manager was shameful. I would not use this company. They did it to themselves.

It's so easy to deal with twenty-one again.

Their customer service is simply the best. They always respond and act quickly.

I had a delivery issue with Royal mail. Customer service was straight on it and kept me updated every step of the way.

I cannot recommend this company enough.

Hair Loss Treatment. Made My Hair Worse and Customer Service Ghosted Me I’ve been struggling with thinning hair for years, so when I saw TwentyOneAgain’s hair loss serum advertised as clinically proven and better than minoxidil I was hopeful. At £85 for a small bottle, it’s pricey, but I figured it might be worth it if it actually worked. The first red flag was the packaging—the bottle arrived leaking, and about a quarter of the product had spilled out. I contacted support, and they apologized and sent a replacement (which also leaked, but less badly) I applied it as directed for two months, and not only did I not see any regrowth, but my hair actually started falling out more. I panicked and stopped using it, but the excessive shedding continued for weeks. I sent photos and a detailed email to their support team, and after one vague reply hair shedding can be part of the process they completely ghosted me. No follow-up, no refund, nothing. I’ve since switched to a cheaper, pharmacy-brand minoxidil, and my hair is finally stabilizing. This product is a complete rip-off, and their customer service is a joke.

Was recommended the hair lotions from a friend. As I had slight thinning and as a girl it was worrying me.

But within 2 months of using the lotion my hair has become thicker and has gotten its volume back. Will definitely recommend.
