Excellent and exceptional service from the team at Twenty Petworth!
My shopping experience unfortunately started with an error, wrong size trainers sent!
But, quickly a new pair were posted out and a sincere apology from Sarah, by phone!
I mean who does that nowadays, calls to apologise and then swiftly sorts it out!
It’s when things go wrong when you know if it’s a good company or not!

So from me it’s a ten star review and thank you!!

Terrible experience with the return policy.

My order was not delivered at all and 3-4 weeks later after returning from holiday I have contacted them twice, had no explanation from them or an apology just an email to say they have refunded me the money but it has not included the shipping fees.
As I have not received the goods within the 30 days I am entitled to the full amount according to the Consumer Goods Act 2015

Best sale price online, site easy to navigate. Delivered safely and promptly.

The dress was beautiful, but didn't fit correctly. So I have emailed them as directed on the website on Friday 26.06.24 at 09.39.and phoned numerous times to return the item. THey have not responed and I feel annoyed as they have totally ignored me. I want to send the dress back and get a full refund.

I bought a few items in February, one of which need to be returned. No-one returned multiple emails and I have an item that I cannot wear There are no contact details to talk to anyone. I will never use or recommend to anyone else again - I feel as if I have been scammed.

They are very good quality cardigan unfortunately I had to return as both were too rooming for me. Sarah communicated well and the refund was processed swiftly. I won't hesitate to buy from Twenty again as they stock a good range of clothing.
