Unfortunately, when ordering to a third party carrier address, parcels can not always be tracked via us to their final international destination and it can take time to resolve with the carriers. First time using this company, I paid an excellent price and the sandals I ordered came super fast (delivered on a Sunday!) and well packed and I love the Arizona Love camo shoes! Definitely right to size up, they fit like a dream and are incredibly comfortable.
