Antwoord van Twilight Crystals Co
Hello there, We don’t give free items I’m afraid. All items that were paid for were included in your parcel.
An email was sent to you regarding the £0.00 product in your order that had generated an incorrect quantity as you had tried to place an order for 350+ items showing for zero pounds. As explained this was a glitch and you were sent your two orders you had placed via the website that included your selected paid for items for each order you made.
If you have any further problems do always pop us a message as we are always here to help!
