So so sad! Why would such a good quality tea company use chemicals to remove the caffeine from all their decaf range!!!!!
Come on, lots of other companies use the Swiss Water Method, why can't you?

EU CUSTOMERS STAY AWAY!!! They do not handle the EU vat procedures in the right way which leads to double payment of the resulting taxes for EU customers (first time paid to twinings, second time.the same amount to customs since they do not.dollow.the right procedures.
I bought some that I will never receive. 50€ of dutty taxes

Twinings has long been a disappointment, thought I'd try a box of back tea and earl gray loose leaf to see if it had improved, same cheap tasting rubbish. The earl gray was awful. Twinings "HOME OF POOR QUALITY TEA "

I still order a lot in the UK since brexit , even the smallest shops manage to handle it the right way but not twinings).

I just wanted to state my amazement at the packaging on my box of Pure Chamomile tea.
The flaps that catch the lid are a marvelous design! The simplicity and ingenuity of the closing mechanism is brilliant.
I've opened and closed the box many times just to see how well this works lol

Great company with an amazing customer service.
Decided to order a few types of tea online (as I did not have time to visit the physical store in London). Placed the order and I was informed about the delivery frames. The delivery came later than expected (due to the Royal Mail strike, can't blame the Twinings actually). The package contained the wrong order (one type of tea was wrong). Contacted the customer service and they sent to me straight away the right type of the tea (the initial order). The second order arrived within 2 days. nothing to complain about. Fabulous tea and customer service. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives. 5 stars by far!

What a lovely company. I rang to enquire about No 7, a really nice dark tea that I had only just come across, having bought some in TK Maxx of all places. I wanted to see if I could buy it in bulk as I liked it that much. The receptionist explained they had now discontinued the range 😔. However they had one last box and sent it to me completely free of charge 😍. Thank you Twinings, what a fab gesture, really appreciated.

I wouldn't recommend this company. Spent over 50 GBP including two reduced boxed of truffles, which are Christmas truffles. These are out of date in December 2022, which means they can't even be given for Christmas. This was not highlighted despite other sale items indicating low date. I contacted them and they said that they don't need to advertise date and generally only mention it if is out of date within next month or two. Three months is acceptable apparently. Return process requires return postage paid by customer. Poor customer service

We have had a very negative shopping experience with Twinnings today . Our order had taken ages to arrive , but pleased to finally receive our tea, i opened the large caddy ordered and removed the foil seal carefully.
The seal would not come off in one piece despite using the tab provided. After clearing the "stuck on" remaining metal, a long (unoticable to the eye.)... shard remained along the rim which resulted in me cutting my thumb quite deeply. After contacting " Heather" in customer services it became very apparent that they had no interest and were rather quite rude with their condescending replies implying a procedure of opening the tab and tin .Several close up Photo's were sent of the injury and the serated leftovers on the tin, but instead of acknowledging the product was not manufactured properly our complaint was with met with arrogance ! My friend who is totally blind intially started to open the product...so i'm only glad it was me that received the injury and not her. After our experience of the zero customer service , this product now leaves a nasty taste in the mouth. Shame as we have used this company for many years but on principle, we will now be getting our tea elsewhere and judging by the many negative reviews i urge you to do the same too !!

Have been ordering The Earl Earl Grey loose leaf Pyramids for many years, always buying in bulk (10-15 blue boxes).
When my latest delivery of 10 ordered boxes arrived… there were 14 pink boxes named ‘The Earl Zesty Afternoon blend’.
I called the company and was told ‘it’s the same tea in new different packaging’. Less in each box so they added 4 more.
We were told to taste it and see! Then if we were not happy, then return it!
IT IS AWFUL AND NOT THE SAME. They just lie!
I have posted it back at a cost to me of £9:00
This is appalling, as THEY made the error and should refund my postage.
They have in fact discontinued the Earl Grey in the blue box…. It says so on their site! It is now new improved Earl Grey!!! What a joke.
Neither me, my family and friends and all of their friends will never buy from Twinnings again.

I got my coffee today! Twinings taste the same as nescaffe use to taste. No words can say how much I love coffee!

Sono stato cliente Twinings per 10 anni, ma dal 2020 in poi, la qualità del prodotto è talmente scaduta che hanno perso definitivamente un cliente. Acquistavo in particolare Earl Grey Tea e English Breakfast, ma veramente sembra raccolgano la paglia per riempire le bustine. Che cosa è successo? In negozio i prezzi non sono calati del 70%, ma la qualità si.

Used Twinnings Liquorice and spearmint tea for a few years now but the last two boxes have contained tea bags which were split and had tea everywhere. One box ok, but two not impressed.

These rubbish tea bags don’t open as they should . Buy some scissors to open these unprofessionally packaged tea bags

Bought a few times from this company! I buy from these and clipper tea!
Was never really a "proper tea" drinker, up until I tried some infusions. I really enjoy the peppermint and nettle. I also enjoy the green lemon, and the orange valerian. Really helps with my anxiety as does chamomile honey and vanilla. Very excited to try no22 dark caramel black tea! Heard some great stuff.

I bought a jar of options salted caramel hot chocolate and found a peace of plastic when I was drinking it I was lucky I never choked to death I got intouch with twinnings who make it and they said send the plastic off to them so I did and after waiting weeks for a result theu sent me back a reply saying it wasn't down to them ?????? And sent me eight £1 off vouchers for options drinks how discusting is that and my lawyer is now taking further action on them

How disappointing that Twinings are compromising the quality and taste of their Pure Green Tea in the name of their efforts to reduce plastic. Unlike Europe they do not sell the individually wrapped tea bags in paper sachets which have a far fuller flavour and freshness than those all packed together in a single foil pack which taste bland and bitter.

The Swiss market is far more discerning and demanding of high quality which may explain why the individually wrapped Twinings tea bags are sold there and not in the U.K.

Twinings recommend two wholesalers where these tea bags may be available but this product does not feature on their online shopping lists of either of these stores and wholesalers usually only deal in large quantities.

I most certainly will not be drinking or recommending Twinings Pure Green Tea, at one time the makers of fine teas, in the U.K. again.
