I got a email from Pat says: Our financial department will process a cancellation and refund for your order (#17537) per your request. You should receive an email confirmation of your refund in the next ten business days, and shortly afterward the amount of the refund should be reflected in your account.

After 2 weeks I email him back to double check why I still haven’t received a refund… Again radio silence!!!

I will never purchase from Twins again.
Worst service I have ever had.
Purchased a set of gloves and shins for a student on the 26 of November.
But still haven't arrived and it's 30th of Jan. Was told I would get a 10% discount on the 9th of Jan and this didn't happen then when I complained they cancelled my order saying it would take 10 further day to send an email just to confirm the order was cancelled.
Don't use these guys they have gone down hill badly

Same as everyone else... Ordered Twins Gloves on 22nd November, emailed a week later to check status and was told the gloves needed a special order that would take 3-4 weeks - I asked for a refund and was told it would be processed in 1-2 weeks and that refund was never received. I then requested a chargeback from my bank card and thankfully I just received the refund from my card today.

For anyone else unfortunate enough to have paid money to this scam website, REQUEST A CHARGEBACK from your payment card - it will take some time but you should get your money back!

I ordered from Twins Muay Thai on the 9th of December 2022 and still haven't received my order 7 weeks later. I have emailed them several times and received the same excuse as everyone else, excuse after excuse. I have emailed them 5 times since last Monday 16th Jan 2023 demanding proof of my order being made and delayed etc and have received no reply back at all. I am now hoping I will get a refund back from my bank as I spent well over 200 euro on my order. Absolute disgrace of a website and should be shut down!

I ordered from them December 8 2022. I did not receive a confirmation email that my stuff was being delivered. They told me it was a "special order" and it would take 4 weeks. It has been well past 4 weeks and I still have not received my items. I asked for a refund and they said they would send me a confirmation within 10 days. Why does it take 10 days to send me a confirmation email? After reading all these reviews it is clear this website is a scam. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company and I am going to try and report this website. It needs to be taken down. We work hard for our money and do not deserve to be ripped off like this.

i have place an order on the 15th of november, i never received my items, the order was almost 300 dollars worth of clothing.
i received an email from Pat one of the team specialist asking me if i want to wait to get my refund . i asked him to proceed with my refund .
unfortunate, until now its been 2 month no refund no item. this website is a rip off
dont buy anything from them

Same as everyone else. Gloves don't arrive, email says they're being made, offer 10% off etc etc, 3 months on still no gloves then i stumble across this site and see I've been scammed🤬
No gloves and well out of pocket.
How are Google Letting them still trade!

Avoid this web ! It's a rip-off! We have never received our order after few months.

Seemed very legit. i ordered shorts for 66$ for my boy's birthday. followed up 3 to 4 times over 3 months always with à reply of Back order and being offered 10% off
After 3 months we asked for a refund
we were told 10 days after 20 days followed up with no reply... This is when we call our crédit card and déclarer à fraud and asked for à back charged...
it took 45 days but we got it.

SCAM!!!! BEWARE!
These super-legit looking scammers will take your order, respond to the first few contact attempts to cancel your order and to get a refund and then will ignore you forever!
I am currently trying to get my bank to issue me a refund, but don’t know if that will happen since only after was waiting for 3 months for the goods did I understand I was scammed and let the bank know as well

Less than one star same thing ordered $120 boxing gloves in May still haven’t received a refund due to the oh they will ship in a week then 2 weeks etc etc then they delete my account on their website been 8!months still no refund. Will the bank refund as fraud?

I am still awaiting a refund from this site for a pair of twins gloves ! They are ignoring my emails and after 30 days still no refund !!!!

Scam!
Hab im letzten Jahr 2021(Oktober) Muay Thai Shorts bestellt für über 100€ und bis heute nicht erhalten. Auch nach mehreren Emails und Aufforderung zur Rückerstattung des Geldes ist nichts passiert. Wie ich sehe bin ich mit der Erfahrung nicht alleine. Hätte ich Geld für einen Anwalt würde ich klagen.

Has anyone else had issues with email conversation with "pat" being deleted?? I don't know if I'm going crazy or not but I'm trying to charge back through my bank and now I cannot find any emails from twins at all!! I ordered shorts on 5th Sept 2022 and I had an email chain with twins who stated I would receive a refund in 10 working days blah blah and now all my emails are gone. Please tell me I'm not going crazy? 😔

Malheureusement je n’ai a pas consulté les avis avant! Commande de gant pour 130€ passée et jamais reçu on m’a répondu 1 seule fois disant qu’il y avait un retard et plus de nouvelle maintenant. Je pense ne jamais recevoir ma commande. NE COMMANDER PAS SUR CE SITE

Attention ce site est une arnaque je me suis fait avoir en commandant une paire de gants ils me disent qu’il y a du retard au bout de quatre semaines puis par mail aucune réponse il me dégoûte à fuir
