Order placed on 12th sept for 24 hour delivery, its 25th and no delivery. There is no response from them on any of the platforms. They have essentially stolen the payment. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses for "delivery within 24 hours" and more than a month later have not heard from them. No replies on emails/DM's, and no phone number to contact. Looks like I've been scammed!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed my order over 3 weeks ago now and have spent the last 2+ weeks trying every avenue to get in touch with someone at the company to give me an update/ or refund my order. Impossible. For a company that claims to have 24 hr delivery within the UAE. I’m still not sure if this is a real company or a scam, we will see. But I would stay away.

Was happy with my purchase in late 2023. However, the lenses appear to have some of the film peeling away. Twinyards boasts of a 2 year guarantee. I reached out on 3 platforms and haven't gotten a single response. Disappointing as I was a big fan and even posted promos for Twinyards on my IG. Can't trust a company who wants nothing to do with customers after the sale.

Please do not go for this product as their post sales delivery is just pathetic. They don’t care to respond to you for issues you may have after delivery (returns due to size, looks etc) while at the same time, the response is super fast at the time of placing an order.

Also, you will be asked to pay for the courier in case of return (which is half the price of sunglasses). I am happy to share all email communications for anyone who wants to validate this

I recently purchased your prime sunglasses but I am disappointed with the product. The frame is unbalanced, and the polarized lens quality is subpar and very bad. kindly request a full refund for this purchase but the seller send me a new second glasses unfortunately the second sunglasses still has same problem unbalanced frame it's a manufacturer defect, no one reply to my second email and I didn't get my refund.

I ordered 4th of October and so far I didn't get my shipment and I got this email to rate your service. First deliver my order and then ask for review. Can I ask when I'll get my order to delivered to me?

First glasses were great, unfortunately I've lost them after a couple of weeks. Since they were so great i ordered a new pair but the handles were loose on one side and super tight on the other. Those got stolen, so now on my THIRD pair and I'm loving them.

It was written in your website it takes12 to 24 hours to ship it to UAE but it took 3 days

I really love the packaging. It’s very simple and I loved the idea of the stickers, but there is one small thing that I would like to point out is that the website said it would deliver the item after 24 hours, but I received mine after 3 days

Honestly the worst after sales customer service. I have emailed the company so many times asking for a refund as the glasses are not suitable but have received no response. It has been over 2 months now and still no response.

i requested a refund and no one is responding !
