Ordered from here September last year returned the package sent it second class Royal Mail. They claimed they never received the order weeks later and I never received a refund. Don’t like to leave bad reviews but find it hard to believe that the package didn’t turn up.

Bought a chain for my partner but it was too small when it arrived. I checked the Twisted Pendant website and saw that they offer exchanges; I emailed them to make the exchange and it was super simple! As soon as they received the small chain, they sent out a longer exchange next day delivery at no cost! I just had to pay to send the small chain back. Thanks so much - the new chain is the perfect size!

It was my son that found this site and marvelled at the choice and quality of the items for sale. He spent his savings buying earrings, bracelets and a necklace.
Through no fault of Twisted Pendant, he experienced a problem with his chain which, when we contacted the company to find a way to resolve, was fixed immediately and without any hassle whatsoever.
Lucy even sent some beautiful pieces to my son as a way of apologising for something outwith their control.

I would say I had a truly dreadful experience with this company. I placed an order with them back in August 2025, it arrived in my country in September, but I couldn t pick it up, so it got sent back. Their “last” update was in November, claiming they hadn t received the returned order despite several months having passes since September. And, even now, months later, I m still waiting on my refund or so much as a response.

Ordered a pendant for my fiancé. It came next day, amazing quality and they sent a hand written note with free gifts. Just a beautiful touch. Will 100% be buying from twisted pendant again.

Took a while to come but was very good quality when it did.
