Both myself and my partner made our will with The Willwriting Partnership after they were recommended to us and we’re both really happy with everything. Alex is absolutely wonderful - she’s a breath of fresh air and is so friendly & professional and goes above and beyond. My will was a lot more complex than my partner’s and I had a lot of questions, some which I felt were a bit daft, but Alex explained everything really well so I felt comfortable and knew what was happening every step of the way. Pav has provided a first class service by delivering an exceptional service. With language barrier she has been able to explain everything in Punjabi and make us fully understand all the available options and kept us fully up to date each step of the way and going out of her way to help. Exceptional Service

I originally did my Will with John from The Willwriting Partnership back in 2015, because I thought putting my house in order was long overdue. Whilst I had vague ideas about what I wanted to do in my Will, I was unsure of certain aspects and had conflicting views. John gave me fully impartial advice and guidance, allowing me to resolve all my issues and have 100% confidence in the whole process. The drafting and finalising were straightforward and easy, again carried out in person by John giving freely of his time.

Since then, I have reviewed this Will, as my circumstances have changed, and also had my Lasting Power of Attorney for Health and Welfare and Finance, done through John, to make provision for my future. Again, I can recommend the personal service and the in-depth expertise and advice provided, as well as avoiding any possible pitfalls and confusions for the future.

The whole idea of making a will is an emotional and daunting experience, however I am delighted that I selected this company to complete the task.
John came to my home to discuss everything fully, he gave me excellent, expert advice imparted in a compassionate, considerate and professional manner.
I am happy to say that my will is now complete and the experience was totally stress free.

I found the director concerned (John) over promised and under delivered spectacularly. I had to constantly chase minor amendments after waiting a week first. The communication between John and the office staff was often misinterpreted and lead to incorrect drafts being sent out and delays. I was told twice that they could provide specifically what I needed and twice they withdrew the offer after checking with the hierarchy. It felt like they wanted safe and easy. Nothing too risky. Would not recommend this company based on my experience. More concerned with protecting their image .

We knew we needed to get this task completed & out of the way (it's not always easy talking about money & death) but we can honestly say our affairs have been dealt with in a very professional & caring manner. My husband and I used the willwriting partnership to do our will, and we also did my Father’s will and lasting power of attorney. Steven was very knowledgeable and was able to give us all the help and information we needed. He was very friendly and patient with my Dad who had recently had a stroke. I cannot recommend Ian Bailey enough.
He was so thorough. I have had previous experience with will writers and I can most certainly say that this was definitely the best. He told me what I needed , and knowing that I had attended the zoom seminar he asked me if I had any questions regarding the content and /or if I wanted to add on anything ( power of attorney etc). Although this isn’t something I need right now, when I do I will definitely be coming back to Ian at TWP for this.
Additionally, I have been trying to get my other half to put a will in place and he has never been interested/ bothered to do it but because I raved so much about Ian he has now done this as well.

I was looking on a number of different Will writing services and came across The Willwriting Partnership who seemed to write things in plain English.

I was able to find a local consultant on their website called Ian Bailey and he promptly got in touch.

Ian was friendly, professional and well presented. He helped ensure the meeting in the comfort of my own home was Covid safe which put me at ease straight away.

He presented numerous options to me and my wife. There were a lot more choices than I was aware of and Ian was knowledgeable and gave us the best recommendation for our circumstances. I've recommended Ian to a number of our friends who's also been very impressed. Its good to know there is a kind hearted young man in the local area who can take all the stress out of getting your Will sorted.

Writing a will is not an easy task. Despite our exposure to dying and death as part of the human experience, facing our own mortality can bring up many different emotions and feelings. As a staff nurse of many years, I have have more experience with death than most and possibly have a different perspective. So when I decided to write my will I wanted to find someone who could understand what I wanted and could execute this in a professional yet compassionate way. I found this in Ian Bailey of The Will Writing Partnership. He had come recommended to me and I was not disappointed. He rang exactly at the appointed time. Was incredibly friendly, explained the process very well and made a difficult task much much easier. He's very knowledgeable and his personal skills are excellent. I heartily recommend Ian to assist anyone in a difficult but necessary process.

Great service by Ian Bailey with my will and lasting power of attorney. It was something that I kept pushing back to do but I'm glad it's now all sorted and gives me a peace of mind.
