I had my watch strap not working well on a really good watch and was worried about taking to this company normally I go to London,by was in the area
I can only say they were so professional and kind and helpful in what I wanted I can only say they were better than the big companies in London and made you feel safe in going there with any watch expensive or not and lovely way about staff

Just had my watch serviced at TWR. Excellent service and knowledge from the staff. The watch is looking brand new.

TWR are a trusted partner with whom I have total confidence. Alex and the team are responsive and professional at all times and continue to be a great support on projects large and small.

Rather unwisely I entrusted my Longines automatic to a watch repairer, local to where we live. After six months with him, it was in worse state than when he initially had it. On a recommendation, I sent it to TWR to see if they could rectify the damage. They repaired and tested the watch and now it is keeping perfect time. Thanks Tim and team

I sent my watch back to Tissot, as the clip had broken on the strap. Weeks later, it came back, with £100 off a new watch. They informed me that they can’t repair it as the watch is no longer produced, the parts are no longer available, and they will not fit anything but Tissot parts.
I took the watch to TWR, as a friend had recommended them, and they fitted a new Tissot strap, and serviced the watch, at a very reasonable rate. The watch looks like new, and I cannot praise TWR enough. They were great. Thanks a lot.

Was really impressed with TWR . The lady I talked to was very knowledgeable and made it clear what I had to do when sending the watch to be repaired. The watch was repaired very quickly (one week) under warranty and came back with the problem fixed and keeping better time . Would recommend .

My experience was outstanding from start to finish, with excellent service and communication. My watch needed a complete overhaul due to a poor job done by a previous service provider (before TWR). Initially, I didn't use TWR because they weren't certified Hanhart service agents at that time. Luckily, around the same time my watch malfunctioned again, TWR became an approved service agent. I discovered this through a friend, and immediately contacted Alex to schedule a full service and repair. Today, I received a call saying the service was complete, so I went to their Hullbridge workshop to collect my watch. I couldn't be happier with the outcome; my watch looks brand new again. Huge thanks to Alex and the entire TWR team—fantastic work!

Had a very tricky jubilee strap change which I tried myself with no luck.
Took it into TWR And they did it in 5 mins and also took a link out to make correct all for a measley £8.50 brilliant.
Fantastic service very friendly staff will be back if needed.

I inherited my Grandfather’s Omega watch when my father died. The sentimental value is huge. It needed some work doing and I sent it to a guy who is supposedly an “Omega specialist”. Long story short, after two visits to him, it came back in an even worse state than it went, totally ruined. I was absolutely gutted and just couldn’t face the aggro of taking him on for his appalling work. After some time had elapsed, I investigated the possibility of getting it restored properly. I came across TWR and was initially very sceptical, given my previous experience, but bit the bullet. It wasn’t cheap! The cost of the restoration was probably around half the value of the watch. However, to say that I am pleased is an understatement. They have done a truly outstanding job: a full service, a very sympathetic dial restoration (it was in a shocking state after the first guy), keeps perfect time, all old parts that were replaced returned to prove what work has been done. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The whole process has been flawless and friendly. When my Sinn U1 needed a service I thought I would have to send it to Frankfurt, but TWR talked me through the process over the phone about safe postage, inspection and parts.
As soon as my watch was in their hands they informed me of its safe arrival and they kept me informed the whole way about its service and minor work needed.
They were clear about the time it would take and the exact cost. Most importantly, on return my watch is running beautifully and I am appreciating the bright lume on the new hands. In all communication they were helpful and friendly. A perfect service!

I’ve just picked up both my watch and my wife’s after a full service, and my wife’s also had a new glass fitted. We’re absolutely delighted with the results — both watches look brand new! The team at TWR Watch Repairs did a truly professional job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for expert, reliable watch servicing.

Just got my modified Hanhart 417ES back from TWR. I originally sent the watch back to the Hanhart factory to have a red pusher retrofitted which took the best part of 11 weeks to get back. Unfortunately the red pusher broke shortly thereafter and Hanhart asked me to send it to TWR for a warranty repair. Absolutely brilliant service - I've got the watch back on my wrist within 2 weeks good as new. I will definitely be using TWR in future for all my watches. 10 out of 10.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish, everyone who I spoke to at TWR. was excellent, The finished watch could have passed for brand new and the work comes with a 2year warranty. I would not hesitate to use them again.

4 weeks door to door which is an amazing turnaround time, lovely to deal with too.

The price I found to be reasonable, I was £300 for a service and £15 to have the outer AR coating removed from the sapphire glass. It looks 10/10 now.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TWR to anyone, I'll certainly use them again

TWR recently did some warranty work on my Hanhart watch. The service that they provided from start to finish was exceptional. They kept me updated on progress of the work and were very polite and professional. The watch is now in perfect working order. I would highly recommend TWR.
