I made a purchase from TX Power Sports, and was well satisfied with the Company response time. I ordered the Vitacci Ranger 250 and it arrived in less than a week. After assembly, I took it for a test drive. The speedometer was not calibrated and one headlight bulb was burned out. I called the company and they are immediately said they would send out a new headlamp bulb. I researched the speedometer calibration on google and there are many ways to recalibrate a digital speedometer. The company stated that would have to contact Vitacci to find out which method I need to use with this speedometer. My review would be five stars for TX Power Sports as far as communicating, ordering, support, etc. But less for Vitacci as there in no information online for support about calibration or headlamp replacement issues, or how to connect a phone to the built in speakers.

I had a problem ordering a scooter through Amazon. So I went online and found Txpowersports out of Texas. They were Great! I even got a Tao Tao scooter in yellow. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Excellent customer service!

While looking at ATVs with my son on my phone he placed the order without my permission. I have contacted this company multiple times including via chat, email, & phone and requested to cancel the order.

After not getting any reply or email confirmation-- I told them I would just keep the order.

Then I get a text message a week later saying they didn't have the color of ATV ordered and it would be an additional 3 days to ship out.

Once again I have requested for them to cancel the order...then I get a rude message back in email saying "Not sure how your son can place an order..."

I have purchased from these guys before but after this experience I will NEVER buy from them again. They definitely do not care about their customers! Even those that have bought from them multiple times!

Owner and I agreed to a refund amount for the bike not being tested

No working battery provided. Informed me there is no warranty....its brand new, so I just eat it...smh

I bought a Vitacci Jaguar 200 (169cc) Deluxe Go Kart 2 years ago this week for my Granddaughter I had it ship here it took for ever to get here. they keep giving me a story But beaning the pandemic I understood All I got was the shipping papers with the go kart. I called them No answer finally I got some and asked about needing parts or a repair manual they said they can't get one .I've got 73 hours on the kart and It won't start It doesn't even crank over battery good starter turns but it won't crank. Where do you get parts or a manual They don't even answer the phone or call you back. So if you buy one good luck your going to need it. Yes there cheep but 73 hours how cheep is it

Purchased a dirt bike for my boys for Christmas. Their "supplier" sent the wrong bike. Was told to call their supplier to work it out. They are worthless and have no customer service. Total waste of time and money dealing with these people. I wish I could find a store front!

Finally catching up to all the negative ratings about this company. They shipped a scooter that just needed the handlebars and front tire attached. That is fine, but when looking through it, no one connected the back shock, so it has to be completely taken apart to do this. It also does not start, after checking all fuel lines and spark plug. After asking to either replace or have compensation to take care of this with a mechanic, seller became rude and told me tough luck. When I asked to cover this, the response was, "Threaten us all you want...that shows your character." Just trying to get what I had ordered.
They are registered with the BuySafe program, so will see if that helps with anything, but will not use this place again.
No issues with my first scooter from them, even had a lot of great compliments on it, and sent a couple people to their site. Definitely won't do that again.

Bought an apollo z20max and it arrived damaged and missing a parts. Forks were gouged and scratched up. Dents on exhaust. Little nicks and scratches all over the place as if it was put together before then taken apart!

The company basically told me that damage happens in shipping and that it's not that bad! Basically told me to live with the damage which is not ok.

Then told me to send them a list of parts that were missing and that they would TRY to replace them under warranty. I never got a guarantee or time frame on that.

Over 2 weeks later still nothing from them so i went out local and bought the missing parts to put it together myself. The foot peg and brake peg on right side, handlebar mounts, front wheel axle, rear shock bolts, all miscellaneous screws and bolts as well.

I opened a claim via paypal for $200 to cover the cost and they paid it. So if you do buy from this place i highly recommend using paypal so your protected.

TX Power Sports delivered me a nice ATV and I got it right time with no extra shipping fee. Much recommended!
