Unfortunately I have to give 0 stars after buying this full repair range, dry shampoo and the hair serum

After using your products as my hair routine for 2 weeks, it resulted me with a severe skin allergy (contact dermatitis), resulted me with hives all over my scalp, face , ears, neck and upper body. I have been on medication for over 4+ weeks

Initially I thought it was just the fragrance within the dry shampoo. So after my recovery I began to use the repair range shampoo, condition and hair serum again

After 1 wash I immediately got allergic reactions again. I have never got allergic reactions throughout my life and this is such a huge disappoint after investing so much money in your brand hoping to grow my hair.

Poor quality and unsafe products I will NOT recommend

Purchased the Strength and Length range of products, and left very disappointed. After reading all the positive reviews on their site I decided to indulge and purchase the range. The shampoo and conditioner is extremely drying on the hair, even when only using it once a week. Has left my usually soft, shiny, fine straight hair an awful straw like, knotty mess. I thought I'd treat myself to a more expensive shampoo and conditioner, expecting salon like results, only to be left with extremely dry, now damaged hair. I don't usually have issues with too many knots when brushing my hair, but now it's tangling very easily. For the price which is very expensive I do not feel it performs as well as it should, and for the price, being unable to do a return or receive a refund (even though the bottle is still almost full) I feel let down by all the positive reviews on the website.

Great customer service, great products and came quick!

The Shampoo is HORRIBLE!! Leaves my hair feeling like straw when washing. Typebea customer service rep stated that i can only use the shampoo on my scalp. Do not put it through the rest of your hair. WHAT!!! How do I get the rest of my hair clean???? Do I have to buy another shampoo as well for the rest of my hair??? Then if you have tried any of the products (even if in the 21 day from receiving), they will NOT Accept your return. To me, it feels that they know there would be a lot of returns and that is why that don't allow returns. Major companies accept returns. Must not be that major.

Bought their Item Overnight Boosting Peptide Hair Serum bit it looks like you're bound once signed up. There's noway to cancel the subscription. Such option doesn't exist on their website nor is there s phone number. This feels deeply concerning. I don't know what to do to end this subscription nightmare!
