Poor response time
I chose to order something and have it digitally delivered because I was in a time crunch (it was a last minute gift). I did not receive what I ordered - and by the time the situation was rectified it was too late as the response time to my email for help was hours after I sent it😞

Hi there,
I am so sorry this did not work out for you. I unfortunately do not customize digital prints (as stated in the description), so that is why you received the digital files immediately without any customization. I do try and respond as fast as I can to emails as I am a one person business, so I apologize it took a couple hours to get back with you. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your honest review.
Cheers!

Brilliant!
I ordered my first print from Typologie about a year ago, and I was so impressed by the quality that I always kept them in the back of my mind. So when it came to finding the perfect art for my new apartment, this was the first place I looked! Every piece is beautifully printed and Toni is quick with communication and custom orders. I definitely trust Typologie the most when it comes to getting that perfect piece of art.
