Absolute joke of a company got quoted £164.50 for my deceive they said they pay more than any other competitor and then they offered me £21 sold to Mazuma instead for £90 would never use or recommend this company to anyone absolute cowboys avoid at all costs

Absolute joke - told me id get £231 for a phone I declared as faulty - offered £31 - accepted that because I couldn't be bothered with hassle of getting phone back and re selling. Now they have said payment will be processed yesterday and i'm still waiting for money. Call them and the line is horrendous, you cant hear anything ! AVOID !!!!

Avoid! Offer on website was £167. After “testing” they changed the offer down to £31! I rejected this. They then countered with £57. I rejected that. We settled on £100. Still well below what was initially offered on the website. After reluctantly agreeing it still took them 20 days before I received payment (having chased them) despite their website saying payment either same day or next day at the latest. Terrible experience from start to finish

Poor. Sent my device back one day after receiving the package (19th March) and it took over two weeks to process. I received an email reminder on 25th March asking me to send the device so I had to email to say it should already with them, then suspiciously received an email straight after saying it was received and was processing. Was offered a lot less than the website price (the phone was smashed on the back, so I was aware that it would be less, however I did declare the damage in the online form). Received an email on 27/03 to say payment would be 6th April. It is now the 13th and it has still not arrived. I called their questionable customer service line to say that my payment was not received and was on a very poor line, said I would receive my payment no later than today.

I chose Uberlink as a 'best of a bad bunch' choice because their Trustpilot ratings were better than the others, however received typically bad service and a typically low price.

Have chosen the faulty option. The phone worked perfectly just needed a new screen and had minor scratches on the frame. The originally quoted £247 and took forever to process the phone then said their offer was £45! Whilst I didn’t expect the full price, £200 less is a joke. Asked them to return the phone over a week ago still hasn’t been done.

Go somewhere else. Awful to deal with. Was told I would get £146 for what I had to list as a broken phone. It worked but fitted their category of broken- the lowest I could choose . Was then offered £20 which I rejected and they increased it to £40. Didn’t expect the £146 but they said quick payment. The so called quick payment took over a week which I then had to chase when I didn’t get it when they said. All the good reviews are from people buying a phone, but please sell it elsewhere.

If you could give it less I would! Firstly the upto price is laughable as they don’t offer anything close to it, then when you do except an offer don’t be expecting pay on the same day as quoted, try over a week later. Will never be sending these an old phone again!

Avoid using this company for recycling your device. I sent a prefect working iPad Pro that had no faults and still held a good charge my offer for it before they saw was £354. They get back to me late way past the promised return time and offer £85 stating there is a fault and a battery needs replacing. Not a chance so I will await my device to be returned and I will compare with the photos I took. Complete robbers and I would say use the high street to recycle your device and avoid these like a rash.

I was offered £230.50 for my iPad Air in Good condition. Perfect working order, barely used with a single small scratch on the screen. After sending it to them they revised their offer to £31. This is a scam site and I'm sure rely on people just accepting their revised valuations. Do not use!
