That said, whenever a product arrives damaged, we always take full responsibility and issue an immediate refund or replacement. In your case, we even asked you to keep the item and still processed a full refund on March 22, a full week before this review was posted.
Regarding the material, based on the photos you provided, we confirmed that the item was indeed stainless steel. The thickness and density can vary slightly between designs, which might have caused some misunderstanding.
We always do our best to resolve any issue in a fair and timely manner, and it’s unfortunate that our sincere efforts — including providing a full refund and allowing you to keep the product — didn’t meet your expectations.
